建筑给排水及消防系统设计分析

【摘 要】建筑物给排水系统以及消防给排水系统在设计过程中要遵循一定的原则，充分结合建筑物的特点，考察好建筑物周围的环境，进行精确的定位。对于各个系统的内部组成，不管是在位置上还是在方法上均要通过全方位的考量，确保各系统的安全运行。本文根据笔者工作实践，对建筑给排水及消防系统设计措施进行了分析和探讨。

【Abstract】the building water supply and drainage system and fire water supply and drainage system in the design process should follow certain principles， fully integrated with the characteristics of the building， investigate the environment around the building， accurate positioning. The internal composition of each system， whether in position or in method， should be ensured by all aspects of the system to ensure the safe operation of the system. Based on the author's work practice， this paper analyzes and probes into the design measures of building water supply and drainage and fire protection system.

一、建筑给排水及消防系统设计要求

针对不同的建筑物，设计人员应该根据实际情况进行给排水系统和消防系统的设计。当发生火灾或者是其他灾害时能够在最短的时间内保证室内的每处地方都能够有充足的水源，以便更好的保障我们的人身安全。在消防系统的设计选择上，可以根据室内不同的情况设计相应的给水需求，特别是在阀门的选择上，应该要成为一个个独立的区段，然后按照不同分区进行消防水泵的设计及安放并能够保证连接室内的各个消防管网以实现供水需求。

1.消防给排水系统在供水方面有很大的区别，特别在选择压力时必须要结合建筑物的实际高度和整个内部结构进行系统性的分析，按照给水压力主要可以分为以下几种类型：

（1）低压系统，低压系统在供水时水压往往较低，一般是低于0.1MPa，在发生火灾需要灭火时常常需要借用外力才能得以实现。低压系统一般适用于小型的民用建筑和高层建筑室外灭火；……
