河南农村留守儿童课外教育管理现状研究

【摘要】近年来，随着社会经济的快速发展，留守儿童的数量也在增加。随之而来，留守儿童的课外教育管理便日益成为社会关注的热点话题。本研究通过对河南省F县的三所学校的留守儿童的课外教育管理现状进行调查，发现留守儿童的课外教育存在一系列的问题。通过分析原因提出了相应的建议：加强学校领导的高度重视，组织丰富多彩的课外教育活动；家长及监護人给予留守儿童更多心理上的关心和安全教育；加快农村的经济建设，减少外出务工人员；加强社会对留守儿童的关注，形成教育合力。

Research on the present situation of the extracurricular education of the left behind children in Henan

【Abstract】With the rapid development of society and economy in recent years， the number of left behind children is increasing， the extracurricular education of the left behind children has become a hot issue subsequently . This study investigated the current situation of left behind childrens extracurricular education management in three schools of F country in Henan Province， found that there are a series of problems of left-behind childrens extracurricular education. This paper puts forward some Suggestions after analyzed the causes： strengthen the school leadership pay high attention to the left behind childrens extracurricular education management， and organize colorful education activities after-school . Parents and guardians should give the left-behind children more psychological care and safety education. The goverment should accelerate the economic development in rural areas and only in this way the number of migrant workers will be reduced. We will strengthen the focus of the whole society on the left-behind children and form a synergy of education.

随着社会经济的快速发展，农村外出务工人员日益增多，留守儿童的课外教育便成为社会所关注的热点问题[1]。为了留守儿童的健康成长，本研究重点选取了河南省F县的三所学校留守儿童的课外教育管理现状进行调查，调查问卷发放情况为：学生300份，收回280份；老师80份，收回70份，收回问卷的有效率均为100%，现将结果分析如下：

一、留守儿童课外教育管理现状

1.留守儿童课外教育活动内容

丰富多彩的课外活动可以缓解学生一天学习的疲劳，弥补课本知识的不足，促进学生身心健康发展的重要途径[2]。尤其是处于长知识、长身体的关键时期的儿童，更需要进行丰富多彩的、有意义的课外活动。本研究针对该地区三所学校留守儿童的课外活动内容进行了调查，具体情况如图1所示：
