【摘 要】随着上海地区城市地下空间的发展,基坑规模越来越大,开挖深度越来越深,且城区建筑密集,使得在基坑支护设计过程中考虑的因素较多。论文以上海某复杂深大基坑工程为背景,介绍其基坑支护设计方案,及基坑开挖过程中对周边建筑沉降控制难题的解决。通过工程监测表明,基坑施工过程中周边建筑物沉降变形满足保护要求。本工程取得的经验对类似工程具有借鉴意义。
【Abstract】With the development of urban underground space in Shanghai area, the scale of foundation pit is more and more big, the excavation depth is more and more deep, and the city building is dense, so that more factors are considered in the design process of foundation pit support. Taking a complex deep and large foundation pit project in Shanghai as the background, this paper introduces the design scheme of its foundation pit support and the solutions of the settlement control problem of the surrounding building during the excavation. The engineering monitoring shows that the settlement and deformation of surrounding buildings meet the requirements of protection during the construction of foundation pit. The experience gained from this project can be used for reference in similar projects.

1 工程概况
1.1 基坑规模
上海市虹桥商务区,地块东至申贵路,西至申长路,南至规划二号河,北至兰虹路。设3层地下室,面积约11906m2,周长487m,基坑呈近似平行四边形,长边约166m,短边约70m。基坑普遍开挖深度14.8/15.2m,属深大基坑。
1.2 周边环境
该基坑工程场地东侧为申贵路,南段为申贵路地道,基坑开挖边线距申贵路地道(敞开段)最近处约11.3m;南侧规划二号河(南洪港),基坑开挖边线距河道蓝线33.80m;西侧为申长路,基坑开挖边线距用地红线最近处8.71m;北侧为兰虹路,基坑开挖边线距用地红线最近处约3.80m(道路布设有多条管线)。若不能合理进行支护结构设计,基坑开挖过程中必将对周边建筑物产生较大影响,因此安全科学的支护结构设计成为本工程的关键。
2 工程水文地质条件
2.1 工程地质
基坑开挖中主要涉及第①填土、第②层粉质粘土、第③层淤泥质粉质粘土夹粘质粉土及第④层淤泥质粘土。
