电价补贴方法在中小垃圾焚烧发电厂中的探讨实施

【摘 要】随着我国国民经济的不断发展，城市化进程也在不断加快，而在城市的发展过程中，对城市垃圾的处理是一个不可忽视的方面，它可以在一定程度上促进城市经济的发展，改善城市环境。而在现有的情况下，通常以垃圾处理量作为垃圾焚烧发电厂电价补贴核算的标准，只要是能够有效地处理垃圾并符合相应的环保标准，都应该有同样的电价补贴方法。

【Abstract】With the continuous development of China's national economy， the process of urbanization is also accelerating， and in the process of urban development， the treatment of urban waste is an aspect that can not be ignored. It can promote the city economy development and improve the urban environment to a certain extent. In the existing circumstances， it usually takes the amount of waste disposal as a standard of electricity subsidies of waste incineration power plant. As long as the wastes can be effectively handled and meet the corresponding environmental standards， we should use the same feed-in tariff.

1 引言

垃圾焚烧发电是一种典型的生物质发电技术，虽然我国的垃圾焚烧发电起步的较晚，但是垃圾焚烧发电的技术水平也逐渐由不完善走向成熟，电价补贴政策的范围也更加广泛，在城市的发展中有着不可替代的作用，可以有效地改善人们的生活质量，保障民生，也在一定程度上促进了垃圾焚烧发电产业的发展，因此，对于中小垃圾处理企业来说，要切实加强电价补贴方法在垃圾焚烧发电中的方法研究，提高中小企业的生命力，为改善城市环境做出贡献。

2 电价补贴方法在中小垃圾焚烧发电厂的注意事项

①垃圾焚烧发电是为了能够更好地处理城市垃圾。因此，它的收益主要来自于垃圾的处理费，在一定程度上电价补贴只是对利用可再生资源的鼓励，而不能高于其他生物质发电的补贴。因此，电价补贴方法在垃圾焚烧发电的探讨中，就需要全面分析电价补贴政策，进而保证垃圾焚烧发电的电价补贴方法的合理性，使其能够最大限度地满足电价补贴政策的标准规范。……
