23个甘蔗品种的芽库特征

摘 要 研究了甘蔗芽库基本特征，为进一步研究田间甘蔗芽库与其种群更新间的关系提供参考与依据。选取23个常见甘蔗栽培品种，调查其第一年宿根的芽库形态及数量特征。结果表明：参与调查的23个品种的芽形态之间有显著差异，芽数量间的差异主要体现在高位芽的数量上，但低位芽数量的差异不明显。不同甘蔗品种间芽库存在形态及数量上的差异，可作为不同品种种群动态变化预测的参考依据。

The Traits of Sugarcane Bud Bank

Abstract The traits of sugarcane bud bank were analyzed to provide reference and grounds for analysis of relation between the bud bank and population renewal of sugarcane in the field. Twenty three sugarcane varieties were selected to investigate the morphology and quantitative traits of the sugarcane bud bank. The results showed that the 23 sugarcane varieties were significantly different in bud morphology， and different mainly in quantity of higher buds rather than of lower buds. The differences of various sugarcane varieties in morphology and quantity of bud banks could be used as reference for prediction of dynamic changes of populations of different sugarcane varieties.

芽库是植物所有具有繁殖潜力的芽的总称[1]，草本植物地上营养体的季节性死亡，及依赖地下芽库恢复种群子代营养体的机制明显且具代表性。芽库在植物种群的持续及更新等方面发挥着十分重要的作用[2]，如芽库对于植物进行无性繁殖及种群的更新有着重要的作用[3]。前人对植物芽库的研究多集中于草地生态系统，而对于甘蔗芽库的研究却少有报导。宿根甘蔗的种群变化及营养体的世代交替对其种植栽培及收获有着重要的影响。作为一种多年生的农作物，甘蔗种群的变化模式与草地生态系统中的植物十分相似，其地上营养体由于人为收获，与草地生态系统中植物一样会季节性死亡，来年则依靠宿根上的芽萌发并长成新的植株。甘蔗芽库对于农田中甘蔗种群的繁殖与更新也起着十分关键的作用。因此，了解甘蔗芽库特征对于甘蔗种植有着积极的意义。……
