嵌入式学科馆员的角色定位及能力培养研究

摘 要 论文通过分析国内外现行学科馆员的职责，对嵌入式学科馆员的角色定位和能力需求培养进行了探讨，认为需针对学科馆员在科研、教学、信息咨询、馆藏建设、信息服务等方面的嵌入式服务需求，对嵌入式学科馆员进行角色定位，并对嵌入式学科馆员的能力培养措施和激励机制提出相应建议。

Abstract This paper analyzes the responsibilities of the current subject librarian at home and abroad， and discusses the role and required ability of the embedded subject librarian. It draws the conclusion that the role orientation of the embedded subject librarians should be based on the embedded service requirement of the subject librarian in scientific research， teaching， information consultation， the library collection construction， information services and so on. Finally， it puts forward corresponding suggestions in the ability training and incentive mechanism of embedded subject librarian.

如今圖书馆嵌入式服务已成为世界图书馆服务发展的潮流和趋势，嵌入式学科馆员的工作关系着图书馆服务能力和效率的提升。在我国，很多高校图书馆已开展学科馆员服务，并且在不同程度上开始引入并重视嵌入式学科馆员，但其发展水平参差不齐。因此，当前状况下，有必要对嵌入式学科馆员的角色定位与其能力培养进行研究，促使高校图书馆服务得到进一步深化，在丰富高校图书馆馆员服务职能的基础上提升图书馆的价值。

1 研究综述

嵌入式学科馆员是传统学科馆员的延伸和深化。2004年，Kearley和Phillips首次提出嵌入式馆员一词，之后的近十多年来，图书馆界提出并开展了嵌入式图书馆和信息专员服务的理论研究及实践探索[1]。学科馆员即各院校图书馆设专人与某一个院系或学科专业作为对口单位建立的联系，是院系、学生和图书馆之间的桥梁。由于学科馆员在信息检索、信息分析、信息评价和利用方面具备丰富的知识和技能，并且在某一学科具有丰厚的学科领域专业知识[2]，因而在知识服务上具有嵌入式的功能。……
