薄荷浸提液的亚临界水提取及其在农畜产品中的应用

摘 要:针对农畜产品在工业化处理过程中的腐败、污染问题,该文提出采用亚临界水提取技术来开展薄荷浸提物的工业生产,以保留其绝大多数挥发性油和部分非挥发性油,并将其应用于农畜产品的抑菌防腐。文章给出了应用亚临界水法提取薄荷浸提液的原理、操作条件及步骤,并通过和水蒸气蒸馏法、溶剂萃取法及超临界萃取法等技术的对比,发现该方法具有溶剂无毒,挥发性油纯度高,黄酮类、多酚类物质的提取率和氨基酸、蛋白質的保留率高,对环境无害等优点,适合应用于薄荷浸提物的工业生产。

Abstract:Aimed at the problem of pollution and corruption in commercial process, the method that applying subcritical water extraction technology to carry on the industrial production of the mint extract has been put forward in this paper, which can reserve the major of volatile oil and part of involatile constituents and thus can be used to anti-microbial of agricultural and animal products. The paper provides the principle, operations and process about the application of extracting mint extract. And comparing with distillation, ethanol extraction, supercritical fluid extraction show that the subcritical water extraction technology is suitable for the industrialized extracting of superior mint extract because of its merits, such as nontoxic solvent, the high purity of volatile oil, the high reservation of protein and amino acid and the high extraction rate of flavonoids and polyphenols.

在农畜产品的运输、加工、生产、包装、销售、储存的过程中,常因机械损坏、加工条件、微生物滋生等理化或微生物因素造成食品的氧化、腐败,为了使产品在运输过程中不受污染及延长产品货架期,通常采用添加防腐剂来实现。而化学防腐剂在使用过程中会对食品的风味产生一定的不良影响,且当其超量使用时会对人体产生毒副作用。因此近几年来,有少部分工厂已致力于植物源防腐剂的生产,但以薄荷为原材料的并非主流。由于薄荷适应力强,在各地均有分布,且产值大、成本低,因此非常适合用作原料以进行大规模工业化生产。目前应用于提取植物性精油的技术有水蒸气蒸馏法、溶剂萃取法等传统方法,及超临界……
