高校专业结构优化调整分析

摘 要：随着社会对人才需求的变化，高等学校的专业结构需要进行适当的调整，以期实现师资力量、教学设施的效益最大化，尽可能保障多元化人才培养的需求。在日益激烈的高校竞争中，如果不从动态的视角来分析现行专业结构在未来若干年内所遇到的发展瓶颈，那么高校的发展则会处于被动的适应过程，无论对学校还是对学生来讲都得不偿失。因此，在当前人才需求变化迅速的大背景下，该文从专业结构优化调整的原则和保障措施入手，分析了如何顺利开展专业结构调整，如何建立高校专业结构调整体系等方面的问题。

Abstract：With the change of social demand for human labor， the major structure of colleges needs to be adjusted in order to maximize the benefits of teachers， teaching facilities. In the increasingly strongly competition， the neglects the major structure maybe cause caught in the bottleneck. So pay more attention to the major pattern through the dynamic perspective， and the situation would be optimistic for the colleges also the student of the school. This paper analysis the how to adjust the major pattern and how to construct the adjust system based on the analysis of the principles and measures.

高等學校的专业结构是高等教育结构系统的一部分，学校可以根据自身专业办学条件，另外根据国家政策法规对专业目录进行适当的设置调整，以形成符合自身发展需求的多门类多学科的专业组合。从一定程度来讲，专业结构直接关系到学校人才培养的总体质量，也影响到社会需求与学校人才培养的配合程度。不同专业所开设的不同的课程的结构应该满足不同社会领域和不同的工作岗位对专业技能的需求。因此，学校的专业结构应该相应处于动态调整的过程来满足科技发展、产业升级和社会生活方式变化对人才知识的需求。专业结构的设置不是一个静止的状态，而是一个需要通过不断调整优化并根据社会需求，与时俱进的调整的过程。……
