产科护理新模式对产妇焦虑和分娩质量的影响

【摘要】目的：探讨产科护理新模式对产妇焦虑和分娩质量的影响。方法：随机选择2016年5月至2017年5月来院就诊的100例产妇，并将她们分别设置为观察组与对照组，每组产妇各设置50例。观察组的产妇采取产科护理新模式进行护理，对照组的产妇则采取常规护理方式进行护理，对比两组的分娩质量以及焦虑情绪。结果：两组产妇经过护理之后，对照组焦虑自量表（SAS）评分要明显高过观察组，且观察组分娩方式与疼痛程度要好过对照组，差异具有统计学意义P<0.05。结论：应用产科护理新模式于妇产科护理中，能够有效消除产妇焦虑等不良情绪，从而使分娩质量有效提升，值得临床上推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective：To investigate the influence of the new obstetrical nursing model on the anxiety and delivery quality of parturients. Methods： 100 parturients from May 2016 to May 2017 were randomly selected， and they were set up as observation group and control group respectively. Each group had 50 cases. The observation group adopted the new nursing mode of obstetric care， while the control group received routine nursing care. The quality of delivery and anxiety in the two groups were compared. Results： the two groups after treatment， the control group Anxiety Rating Scale （SAS） score significantly higher than the observation group， and the observation group is better the mode of delivery and the degree of pain over the control group， the difference was statistically significant P<0.05. Conclusion： the application of new nursing mode in obstetrics and gynecology nursing care can effectively eliminate the anxiety and other adverse emotions， so as to improve the quality of childbirth effectively， and it is worthy of clinical application.

女性分娩会受到诸多方面的影响，如骨盆、产道、产力以及胎儿大小、环境、社会与精神心理因素，不同环境因素的影响会使孕妇在分娩期间产生程度不等的焦虑情绪，进而给分娩质量带来一定的影响。一般的护理模式虽说可以对产妇的心理负担起到部分减轻作用，但由于护理时间较长，非常容易导致产妇产程延长，身心疲惫，心理焦虑，甚至失去自然分娩的信心，使产后出血的机率增多，从而使产妇的体质下降，风险明显增大。随着产科护理新模式的应用，本文为了探讨此模式对产妇焦虑及分娩质量的影响特做了相关研究，现报告如下。

1.资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

随机选择2016年5月至2017年5月来院就诊的100例产妇，并将她们分别设置为观察组与对照组，每组产妇各设置50例。观察组的年龄分布在22岁到34岁之间，初产妇有29例，经产妇有21例。……
