核电站大修质量控制管理的实践探讨

【摘 要】机组的大修工作越来越成为影响核电厂运行安全与效率的重要因素。在这个背景之下，必须对核电厂的大修质量进行有效的管理控制。论文对中广核下属的核电站机组大修过程中的质量控制方案进行了探讨并提出了优化建议，希望可以为同行业核电厂的大修工作提供有效的借鉴。

【Abstract】The overhaul of the unit has become an important factor affecting the operation safety and efficiency of the nuclear power plant. In this context， the quality of nuclear power plant overhaul must be effectively managed and controlled. In this paper， the quality control scheme in the overhaul process of nuclear power station unit under China Nuclear Power Operations Co. Ltd. is discussed and some optimization suggestions are put forward. We hope that it can provide an effective reference for the overhaul work of nuclear power plants in the same industry.

1 引言

核电厂的机组设备经过一段时期的运行之后，为了确保机组能够可靠安全稳定地运行，必须对设备进行周期性的长时间的停堆，从而完成机组正常工作期间无法完成的维修、改造、检查和实验等工作，这一段时间被称作核电厂的大修。每一台机组涉及众多的系统和设备，因此在实际的大修过程中必须做好对质量控制的管理，稍有不慎就会造成严重的后果，所以，本文探究的质量控制管理具有很大现实意义。

2 核电厂大修质量控制管理工作的开展

2.1 质量控制组织的组建

①成立大修质量控制组。一般在大修开始前三个月就要结合参与大修工作的各专业和各家承包商的实际情况组织大修质量控制组；质量控制组由各专业和承包商的质量控制组长和电厂的质保人员组成；大修的质量控制组由大修经理统一领导，大修副经理负责日常运作。质量控制组长应该由责任部门的富有工作经验和技术能力的工程师担任。
