如何提高电力企业员工的培训效果

【摘 要】当代经济是知识型经济，我国科技和市场经济正处于突飞猛进阶段，企业之间的核心竞争也发生了翻天覆地的变化，由原廉价劳动力竞争转向知识、科技、智能化竞争。其中，加强员工培训是提升员工技能水平、提高工作效率和降低企业成本的有效途径，这是人才强企战略的内在要求，是深化电力企业体制改革的需要。由于受到多种因素的干扰和影响，培训往往未达到预期效果。基于此，本文对电力企业员工培训的现状和内容进行简单论述，对员工培训过程中存在的不足进行分析，并对不足部分提出解决方法，提高员工的培训效果。

【Abstract】 The economy is a knowledge-based economy， China's science and technology and the market economy are in a rapid development stage， the core competition between enterprises has changed a lot， it changed from the original cheap labor competition to the knowledge， technology and intelligence competition. Among them， strengthening staff training is the effective way to enhance the technical level of the staff， improve work efficiency and reduce the cost of enterprise， this is the inherent requirement of the enterprise talent strategy， is the need to deepen the reform of the electric power enterprise system. Due to the interference and influence of many factors， training often does not achieve the desired results. Based on this， the status and content of staff training in power enterprise is discussed， the shortage of staff training in the process of training is analyzed， and paper puts forward the solutions for the insufficient part， to improve training effect.

1 引言

在社会和经济高速发展的今天，各行各业的竞争越来越激烈，究其原因，是企业综合实力的竞争，是企业人才的竞争。电力企业作为社会经济巨轮航行的能源供给者，随着社会经济的发展，国家电力体制的改革，从根本上要求电力企业深化改革，以适应新形势下社会经济发展需求。电力体制深化改革要求之一就是节能增效，努力降低电力成本，提高员工技能水平。那么，如何有效提高员工技能水平，如何激发电力企业的活力，实现电力企业的科技化、智能化，使之适应新形势的发展呢？首先从三个维度进行需求调查与分析，确定存在的差距，根据差距制定培训计划。组织开展相关培训及做好培训评估和报告，根据评估数据进行优化培训计划，持续改进培训工作，激发电力企业的活力，提高组织绩效。……
