如何发挥文化馆在群众文化管理工作中的作用

【摘 要】随着社会主义经济的不断发展，我国精神文明建设的脚步也在不断加快，公民文化建设得到了一定发展，其中文化馆的建设就是明显的例子。作为我国群众文化公益性事业机构，文化馆会对群众文化建设及事业产生极大的影响，如促使群众实际的文化活动形式逐渐走向了多元化，相关的业余文化生活方式越来越多。但是，在一些地区文化馆并没有发挥自身积极的作用，还存在一定的问题，论文重点就如何发挥文化馆在群众文化管理工作中的作用进行了研究。

【Abstract】 With the continuous development of China's socialist economy， the pace of construction of spiritual civilization is also accelerating. The construction of civic culture has developed a lot， and the construction of cultural center is a clear example. As a mass cultural and public welfare institution， the cultural museum exerts great influence on the cultural construction and cause of the masses， such as promoting the actual forms of cultural activities of the masses to gradually diversify， and there are more and more amateur cultural life styles. However， in some areas， the cultural center did not play its own positive role， there are still some problems， the paper focuses on how to give full play to the role of cultural centers in the management of mass culture.

1 引言

文化馆简单地说就是文化活动中心，是我国在发展过程中明确指出为提高群众文化素质所建设的公共文娱活动场所。其作用可以看作是社会中的图书馆。最近几年，随着我国经济的不断发展，人民的生活水平得到了有效提高，人们在保证了温饱的基础上对于文娱活动的需求越来越高，人民群众想要通过业余时间实现对自身文化素养的提高，此时，就需要对文化馆进行有效的完善，并促使文化馆在群众文化管理工作中能够发挥积极作用。

2 影響文化馆在群众文化工作中发挥效力的主要原因

2.1 人民群众对文化馆的认知度不高

随着社会经济的不断发展，人们的生活水平得到了一定的提高，同时也大大丰富了人们学习及娱乐的方式，特别是现代信息化时代的到来，人们可以轻松地在家里进行文化知识的学习，同时通过网络实现对自身文化素养的提升。……
