信息化条件下PBL在金融工程硕士研究生培养中的探析

【摘 要】首先阐述了信息化条件下PBL在金融工程硕士研究生培养中的主要目的；其次，针对金融工程硕士研究生培养的要求，进行PBL教学课程模式进行设计，并进行实践应用，给出PBL评分准则；再次，对金融工程硕士研究生PBL教学模式进行评估；最后，提出在金融工程硕士研究生培养中如何更好运用PBL教学模式的建议。

An Analysis of PBLs Training in Master of Engineering for Financial Engineering under Informatization

【Abstract】Firstly， the main purpose of PBL in the cultivation of postgraduates of financial engineering under the condition of informatization is expounded. Secondly， according to the requirements of postgraduates of financial engineering graduates， the PBL teaching course model is designed and practically applied. The PBL score is given. Guidelines； Thirdly， evaluate the PBL teaching model for postgraduates in financial engineering； and finally， put forward suggestions on how to better use the PBL teaching model in the training of postgraduates in financial engineering.

1 问题的提出

在信息化条件下如何从被动式的学习转化为主动学习？在金融工程硕士研究生培养中这是一个重点又是一个难点。

PBL的全称是Problem-Based Learning，即基于问题的学习模式。其强调的是以课程为目标，在教师提出某一主题的主要问题和次要问题下，学生进行自主学习以及探索并提高其分析解决问题能力的过程。问题、学生、教师是PBL的三大核心构架，缺一不可。为达到能和西方国家媲美的PBL教学效果，教师首先需设计PBL 问题，在中国基于传统模式教学的情况之下，其亦需引導学生接受新的教学方式。在进行PBL教学时，学生应当独立思考，合作解决教师提出的问题。因而，问题、学生、教师是PBL（基于问题的学习模式）的三大基本要素。

金融工程硕士研究生的培养应以实践学习为主，因而，在金融工程硕士研究生培养的过程中，采用PBL教学，金融工程硕士研究生应当结合自身环境和所学知识独立解决其面临的问题，教师可根据近期发生的金融案例，提出问题让金融工程硕士研究生自行解决和分析。……
