如何让当代大学生摆脱“空心病”

摘 要 随着当今世界经济的高度发展，科学技术的突飞猛进，中国三十多年的改革开放，让今天中国人的物质文明和精神文明生活得到极大丰富，但这些并不等于人们感受到物质满足的同时也会感受到精神的富足、思想的丰满和内心的幸福，在当今许多年轻人的精神世界里却出现了一种怪现象：自我否定、抑郁空虚、信仰缺失，觉得生活无意义等，这些感受就是我们称之为“空心病”。这是一种心理疾病，“空心病”已经在中国年轻人中蔓延，大学校园是“空心病”的多发区。在他们“天之骄子”、“青年才俊”、“风华正茂”等美丽的光环下，却有一颗极其脆弱、亟需帮助的心。

Abstract with the highly development of todays world economy， the rapid development of science and technology， Chinas 30 years of reform and opening let Chinese material and spiritual civilization get rich now， but it is not the same as people feel the material to meet at the same time also feel abundant spirit， rich thought and happy soul， ideas， but there is a strange phenomenon in todays many young peoples spiritual world： self denial， depression， emptiness， loss of faith， meaningless life etc， these feelings is what we call "hollow heart disease". This is a kind of mental disease， "hollow heart disease" has spread in young people in China， and the university campus is prone areas of "hollow heart disease". In their beautiful aura like "Gods children"， "young talents" and "flowering young life" ， but there is a very tender and direly need to help heart.

随着当今世界经济的高度发展，科学技术的突飞猛进，中国三十多年的改革开放，让今天中国人的物质文明和精神文明生活得到极大丰富，但这些并不等于人们感受到物质满足的同时也会感受到精神的富足、思想的丰满和内心的幸福，在当今许多年轻人的精神世界里，却出现了一种怪现象：自我否定、抑郁空虚、信仰缺失，觉得生活无意义等，这些感受就是我们称之为“空心病”，尤其是大学校园是“空心病”的多发区。当他们通过“十年寒窗无人问”的艰苦奋斗，并考上了他们梦寐以求的大学之后，他们就觉得人生到了顶点，考上大学就成了其人生的终极目标，对未来的人生开始失去了追求，不知道人生的意义何在，不知道自己将来要干什么，有的人选择了放任自流，旷课、逃课、通宵上网；……
