水利类专业环境知识课程设置及认证背景下教材建设的调查分析及思考

摘 要 论文梳理了我国工程教育认证标准中对于水利类专业在环境知识领域的要求；通过选择若干典型专业点作精细分析和面上问卷调查统计分析相结合的途径，对于当前水利类专业点环境知识领域课程设置以及教材规划建设的现状及存在问题进行了分析研究。在此基础上，论文对于新时期环境知识领域教材规划与建设提出了一些建议，旨在为新一轮基于认证理念的核心课程教材的规划提供参考。

Background of Engineering Program Accreditation

Abstract This paper summarizes the requirement of engineering program accreditation standard for water conservancy discipline in environmental knowledge field； analyzes and studies the current curriculum settings of environmental knowledge field in water conservancy discipline together with the current situation and problems in the construction and planning of teaching materials， by means of detailed analysis of several typical professional program points and in combination with statistics analysis of large scale survey. Based on the above， this paper offers suggestions for teaching materials construction of environmental knowledge field in the new period， aiming to give references for core curriculum teaching materials planning of a new round water conservancy discipline which is based on concept of certification.

0 前言

教材規划与建设是高等教育的一项重要基础工作，我国教育部内设机构不仅有负责教材规划出版和精品教材评选的高等教育出版社，近期还专门成立了教育部教材局，这些机构设立说明政府高度重视教材工作。作为全国高校水利类专业教学指导方面的权威组织——教育部高等学校水利类专业教学指导委员会也一直重视专业教材建设。早在2005年，教育部高等学校水利学科教学指导委员会水文与水资源工程专业分委员会就集中开会策划出版专业规范核心课程教材，2006年教育部高等学校水利学科教学指导委员会全面启动水利类专业规范核心课程教材建设，该套教材第一批共规划52种教材在中国水利水电出版社出版，包括水文与水资源工程专业（简称水文专业）17种，水利水电工程专业（简称水工专业）17种，农业水利工程（简称农水专业）18种，此外还有港口航道与海岸工程专业（简称港航专业）10多种。……
