基于网络背景的高校青年教师思政教育工作创新探索

摘 要：高校青年教师思政教育工作非常关键，直接影响高校教育教学水平。计算机网络技术的发展及应用，为高校青年教师思政教育工作提供了契机。高校要结合自身发展情况，以网络为载体，对高校青年教师思政教育工作进行创新，为高校各项工作开展奠定良好基础。文章主要从正负两个方面分析网络对高校青年教师的影响，提出具体创新对策。

Abstract： The ideological and political education of young teachers in universities is very critical， which directly affects the teaching quality of the university. The development and application of computer network technology provide an opportunity for young teachers' ideological and political education. Universities need to take the network as carrier to innovate the ideological and political education of young teachers according to their specific situations so as to lay a good foundation for various work in universities. This paper analyzes the positive and negative influence of the internet on young teachers in universities and puts forward specific innovative countermeasures.

前言

網络新媒体因其开放性、交互性、虚拟性等特点在各行各业应用普遍，在高校青年教师群体中亦是如此。高校要将网络多媒体融入青年教师思政教育工作中，明确网络对高校青年教师的影响，从强化网络平台建设、加强网络教育活动、注重校园网络建设、提高网络舆论引导及网络管理水平等多个方面，实现高校青年教师思政教育工作创新，营造一个良好的思想政治教育教学环境。

一、网络对高校青年教师的影响

一直以来，高校青年教师思政教育工作都备受关注。学校要认识到在网络背景下开展该项工作对青年教师的消极影响和积极影响，使高校青年教师思政教育工作更具创新性和有效性。

首先，网络信息传播的无障碍性使高校青年教师思政教育工作更加复杂。网络新媒体的海量信息虽然开阔了高校青年教师的视野，但也很容易对其世界观、人生观和价值观等产生冲击。……
