针灸联合祛风活络经验汤剂内服、熏洗辨治急性周围性面瘫的临床观察

[摘要]目的 探讨针灸联合祛风活络经验汤剂内服、熏洗辨治急性周围性面瘫的临床效果。方法 选取我院2013年2月～2017年3月收治的140例急性周围性面瘫患者作为研究对象，按照治疗方式不同分为对照组70例和观察组70例。对照组采用常规治疗，观察组采用针灸联合祛风活络经验汤剂内服、熏洗治疗。比较两组患者的肌电图检查结果、面部神经功能分级、临床疗效。结果 两组患者治疗前的振幅、潜伏期差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），两组患者治疗后的振幅高于治疗前，潜伏期短于治疗前，观察组患者治疗后的振幅高于对照组，潜伏期短于对照组，面部神经功能分级优于对照组，总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 针灸联合祛风活络经验汤剂内服、熏洗辨治急性周围性面瘫，神经功能改善良好，效果明显，值得临床推广应用。

[Abstract]Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Dispelling wind activating collaterals empirical decoction for oral administration and fuming and washing dialectically treating acute peripheral paralysis.Methods All of 40 patients with acute peripheral paralysis treated in our hospital from February 2013 to March 2017 were selected as objects and they were divided into the control group （n=70） and observation group （n=70）.The control group was given conventional therapy while the observation group was given acupuncture combined with Dispelling wind activating collaterals empirical decoction for oral administration and fuming and washing treatment.The electromyographic findings，facial nerve functional classification and clinical efficacy in patients between the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in amplitude and latency between the two groups before treatment （P>0.05）.The amplitude of the two groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment and the latent period was shorter than that before the treatment，the amplitude of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group，and the latent period was shorter than the control group，and the facial nerve function grade was superior to the control group，the total effective rate was higher than that of the control group，and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）.Conclusion For acupuncture combined with Dispelling wind activating collaterals empirical decoction for oral administration and fuming and washing dialectically treating acute peripheral paralysis，the improvement of nerve function is good and the effect is obvious.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.

周圍性面瘫是临床上常见的神经系统疾病，其临床症状是面部表情肌群运动功能障碍，起病急，患者常规出现口眼歪斜，如果治疗不当或者不及时，会造成表情肌群运动障碍进一步深入，严重影响面神经损伤症状，进而发展成为难治性面瘫，对患者的日常生活造成严重影响[1-2]。本研究通过分析我院收治的140例急性周围性面瘫患者临床资料，拟探讨针灸联合祛风活络经验汤剂内服、熏洗辨治急性周围性面瘫的临床效果，现报道如下。
