提高应用型本科高校青年教师考试命题质量的策略研究

摘 要 考试是检验教学效果、监控和评定教学质量的重要手段。考试命题是考试的重要组成部分，试题质量对考试结果有重要影响。青年教师是应用型本科院校教师队伍的主体，由于缺乏对考试命题科学性和规范性的理解和领悟，导致命题质量不高。在总结青年教师考试命题常见问题的基础上，给出如何提高考试命题科学性和规范性的具体办法。

Abstract Examination is an important means to test teaching effect， monitor and evaluate teaching quality. Examination proposition is an

important part of the exam， and the quality of the test has an impor-

tant effect on the test results. Young teachers are the main body of

teachers in application-oriented universities， and the lack of under-standing of the scientificity and standardization of test propositions leads to low quality of propositions. On the basis of summarizing the

common problems of young teachers examination proposition， and

the concrete methods that how to improve the scientificity and stan-dardization of test proposition are given.

1 引言

考试是检验学生知识、技能掌握情况等教学效果的重要方法，是监控和评定教学质量的重要手段，贯穿从小学到中学、再到大学的各个学习阶段。考试命题是考试的重要组成部分，是体现考试指导思想的重要环节。考试的载体是试题，试题的科学性和规范性，直接影响考试结果。加强对考试命题科学性与规范性的研究，具有重要的实践意义。

在高校考试命题方面，国内外学者进行了广泛深入的研究，取得丰硕成果。孙祎振[1]、汪筱兰[2]指出，只有加强命题出卷研究和命题质量分析，才能够实现命题的科学化，提高命题质量。秦虹[3]认为，高等院校考试命题在紧扣考核知识点的基础上，需扩大试题覆盖面、增加试题类型、严格控制比例，注重试题的效度、区分度和难度。蔡明伦[4]

针对师范院校传统考试存在的弊端，提出在“中国政治制度史”等课程考试中进行学生自主命题、交叉考试的考试改革，增强教学效果、促进教学相长。……
