成人牙周病的正畸治疗与护理心得研究

【摘要】 目的：研究成人牙周病的正畸治疗与护理心得。方法：选取本院收治的成人牙周病行正畸治疗患者50例为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组，每组各25例。患者均采取正畸治疗，对照组行一般护理，观察组在此基础上行针对性护理。比较两组疗效及护理满意度。结果：观察组总有效率为92.0%，高于对照组的72.0%，比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组护理满意度96.0%，高于对照组的76.0%，比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：正畸治疗成人牙周病患者疗效显著，治疗期间加强针对性护理干预可显著提升患者牙周病矫治作用，并能达到较高的护理满意度，因此值得临床应用推广。

【Abstract】 Objective：To study the orthodontic treatment and nursing experience of adult periodontal disease.Method：A total of 50 adult periodontal patients admitted to our hospital for orthodontic treatment were selected as the subjects.According to the random number table method，they were divided into observation group and control group，25 cases in each group.All patients underwent orthodontic treatment，while the control group received general nursing，and observation group received targeted nursing on this basis.The curative effect and nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared.Result：The total effective rate of observation group was 92.0%，which was higher than control group of 72.0%，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.The nursing satisfaction of observation group was 96.0%，which was higher than control group of 76.0%，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Orthodontic treatment of adult periodontal disease is effective，and strengthening the targeted nursing intervention during the treatment can significantly improve the periodontal disease treatment and can achieve higher nursing satisfaction.Therefore，it is worthy of clinical application.

在臨口腔科中，牙周病是一种常见病、多发病，其主要包括牙周萎缩、牙周创伤、牙龈炎、牙周炎等，其中牙周炎具有较高的发病率[1-2]。该病症导致患者牙齿松动脱落的可能性较大，因而会严重影响患者的日常生活，从而导致其生活质量较低[3-4]。而近几年由于正畸固定矫治技术的飞速发展，其在治疗牙周病方面发挥着十分重要的作用[5-6]。因此本文选取本院收治的50例成人牙周病行正畸治疗患者为对象进行研究，利用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组，各25例，即对成人牙周病的正畸治疗与护理心得做了研究，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料 选取2016年5月-2017年5月本院收治的成人牙周病行正畸治疗患者50例为研究对象。纳入标准：患者均符合牙周病的诊断标准，并要求进行正畸治疗。排除标准：有其他合并疾病患者；有精神疾病患者；有器质性疾病患者。按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组，各25例。患者均对本研究知情并同意，且本研究已经院伦理委员会审核批准。……
