放射肿瘤学临床教学中常见问题与改革探索

【摘要】 临床教学与培训是医学生培养的重要阶段。放射肿瘤学具有理论知识内容复杂，临床表现错综复杂，和治疗越来越追求个体化等特点。通过丰富教学内容与手段，完善教学资料，引进新的教学方法，并加强人文教育等方法，不断提高医学生学习效率，取得了较好的临床教学效果。

【Abstract】 Clinical teaching and training is an important stage for medical students training.Radiation oncology is characterized by complex theoretical knowledge，complex clinical manifestations，and increasingly individualized treatment.By enriching the teaching content and means，perfecting the teaching materials，introducing new teaching methods and strengthening the methods of humanistic education，the learning efficiency of medical students is constantly improved and better clinical teaching results have been achieved.

放射治疗，是恶性肿瘤综合治疗的重要手段之一。随着我国健康卫生事业的持续发展和医疗改革的不断深入，人民群众对医疗健康的需求不断增加，医疗单位对医学毕业生临床工作能力和科研能力的要求也不断提高。但我国尚缺乏系统的肿瘤放疗专科医师教育和培训的体系。医学是一门实践的科学，医学高等院校与普通高等学校教学的最大区别就在于医学教育对临床实践的高度重视。现代医学教育专家认为，临床医学教育肩负着培养医学生临床思维方式，锻炼临床工作能力，将基础理论与临床实践相结合的重要任务，是医学生培养的重要阶段[1]。放射肿瘤学不仅仅是为肿瘤患者提供放射治疗的医学专业，其也作为重要的协助者参与肿瘤的诊断和治疗，随访及临终关怀。目前放射治疗学正迅猛发展，放射治疗参与的多学科综合治疗的模式已成为目前肿瘤治疗的主流。这就需要实习医师和住院医师的培训必须适应这些发展[2]。因此，放射肿瘤学科是一门对医学理论知识和实践能力均有较高要求的综合学科。……
