供给侧改革视角下推进高校思想政治教育创新的哲学思辨

摘 要：文章以供给侧结构性改革所蕴含的哲学思维对推进高校思想政治教育创新作了思辨分析，强调高校思想政治教育必须树立以教师为主导、学生为中心的教育理念，坚持“生产与消费”的辩证关系原理、唯物辩证法关于普遍联系和永恒发展的原理来推进创新。

Abstract： This paper makes a speculative analysis of the innovation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities based on the philosophical thinking contained in the structural reform of the supply side. It is emphasized that the ideological and political education in colleges and universities must establish a teacher-directed and student-centered educational concept in order to promote innovation with the dialectical relationship principle of production and consumption and the principles of materialist dialectics concerning universal connection and eternal development.

2016年習近平总书记提出了加强“供给侧结构性改革”的观点，其根本目的是提高社会生产力水平，落实好以人民为中心的发展思想。同年12月习近平总书记强调，“做好高校思想政治工作，要因事而化、因时而进、因势而新。要遵循思想政治工作规律，遵循教书育人规律，遵循学生成长规律。”[1]供给侧结构性改革理念对于做好高校思想政治工作具有重要借鉴意义。以供给侧结构性改革所蕴含的哲学思维审视和关照高校思想政治教育，方能高屋建瓴、纲举目张，把握好高校思想政治教育的正确方向，方能提出加强和改进高校思想政治教育的有效举措，方能将“立德树人”任务做实做好。

马克思主义旗帜鲜明的主张，行动着的人民群众是人类社会的创造主体，是否公开承认并自觉践行这一点也是判别一个政党是否是真正马克思主义政党的试金石。……
