刍论大学教学管理的若干思考及其实践

摘 要：随着高等教育大众化改革的不断深化，多样化的人才培养模式逐渐被提出并对高校教学管理工作产生了一定的影响，促使高校教学管理工作不得不基于多样化人才培养模式的要求进行改革创新，以适应高等教育大众化发展的需求。文章就在简要分析多样化人才培养模式对大学教学管理工作产生影响的基础上，对基于多样化人才培养模式的大学教学管理改革实践进行了适当研究，希望能够为当前大学教学管理工作的优化发展提供良好的支持。

Abstract： With the continuous deepening of the popularization of higher education reform， diversified talent training modes have been put forward and have a certain impact on teaching management in colleges and universities， promote the teaching management in colleges and universities to diversify talent cultivation modes based on the requirements of reform and innovation， in order to adapt to the needs of the development of the popularization of higher education. Based on brief analysis of the impact of diversified modes of talent cultivation on university teaching management， this paper studies the reform practice of university teaching management based on the diversified modes of talent cultivation， provides good support to optimize the development of the teaching management of the university.

近几年，受到我国教育政策和人才培养政策的影响，我国高等教育逐渐从精英化向着大众化方向发展，人才培养模式也从传统的精英人才培养转变为多样化的人才培养，促使我国高校人才培养工作质量得到了进一步提升。但是需要注意的是，多样化人才培养模式的确立和应用对高校教学管理工作提出了新的要求，促使高校不得不对教学管理工作进行适当的改革和创新，满足高等教育大众化发展趋势下多样化人才培养模式的应用需求。由此可见，新时期对多样化人才培养模式下大学教学管理工作进行研究和分析具有一定的现实意义，能够为大学教学管理工作的良性开展提供相应的支持和借鉴。
