高校学生工作的困境刍议

摘 要：高校的教育根本任务是人才的培养，人才培养质量不仅是衡量高校办学水平的重要指标，更是一个国家发展水平和发展潜力的重要标志。本研究对学生个人基本情况、对国家形势与政策的认可、对学校教师、环境、人才培养的看法及自身价值观、压力源、信仰、学业情况大学生学情进行了抽样调查，并对目前高校学生工作面临的困境，提出针对性建议。为大学生成长成才服务体系的构建提供素材和支撑，为大学生的培养方向、过程监控及量化测评提供理论和实践依据，为高校人才培养模式、青年人才素质的提高提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract： The basic task of education in colleges and universities is the cultivation of talents. The quality of personnel training is not only an important indicator to measure the level of running colleges and universities， but also an important symbol of the level of development and development potential of a country. The basic situation of the students， their approval to the national situation and policy， their views to the teachers， environment， personnel training and their own values， their stressors， and belief， as well as and the academic situation of college students' learning situation were investigated， and some advice to the difficulties faced by college students currently is proposed， which provides material and support for the construction of the service system for college students' growth and development， and theoretical and practical basis for the training direction， process monitoring and quantitative evaluation of college students. It also provides reference and reference for the personnel training mode and the quality improvement of young talents.

高校的教育根本任務是人才的培养，人才培养质量不仅是衡量高校办学水平的重要指标，更是一个国家发展水平和发展潜力的重要标志。近几年来，中国经济由粗放式向内涵发展不断转型，高等教育也从以往的数量扩张向高质量高等教育不断提升。知识经济时代使得教育和社会的经济更加紧密相连，高等教育成为社会最富革命性的生产和发展的关键要素，因此，具有学习能力、创新能力、创造能力的全方位人才的数量和质量成为国家发展和人类未来的核心中坚力量。

一、研究背景

国外高等教育的相关研究中更多采用“学生事务”“学生服务”的概念，其发展从19世纪初至今经历了“替代父母制”“学生人事”“学生服务”“学生发展”以及“学生学习”这五个阶段。……
