供给侧改革视角下河南省文化产业发展路径研究

摘 要：推进供给侧结构性改革是引领经济高质量发展的必然要求，本文在对河南省文化产业发展现状和存在问题深入研究的基础上，结合推进供给侧结构性改革，积极探索适合河南省情的文化产业发展路径，为加快河南省文化产业的发展、培育新的经济增长点、推动全省产业转型升级提供借鉴。

Abstract： Promoting structural reform of the supply side is an inevitable requirement to lead the development of high quality economy. On the basis of an in-depth study on the current development situation and existing problems of cultural industry in Henan Province， this paper has explored the development path of cultural industry suitable for Henan Province， combing with the promotion of supply side structural reform， Which can provide reference to accelerate the development of Henan's cultural industry， cultivate new economic growth point， and promote the transformation and upgrading of the province's industry.

河南省歷史积淀深厚、文化资源丰富，拥有产业发展潜力巨大的机遇。《国务院关于支持河南省加快建设中原经济区的指导意见》明确提出，华夏历史文明传承创新区是中原经济区的五大战略定位之一。当前需要充分利用国家推进供给侧结构性改革的机遇，通过鼓励创新、“去产能”、培育新兴产业和增加公共产品供给等措施，大力发展文化产业，推动河南省经济转型升级发展。

1 供给侧结构性改革对于文化产业的意义

当前，我国经济发展已由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段。以供给侧结构性改革引领中国经济高质量发展，既是抓好当前和未来一个时期我国经济工作、建设现代化经济体系的基本策略，也是贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义经济思想的必然选择[1]。河南省地处中原地区，是中华民族和华夏文明的重要发源地，文化源远流长，博大精深，内涵丰富，是中华民族传统文化的根源和主干，其“兼容并蓄、生生不息、刚柔相济、鼎故革新”的精神实质，在中华文化发展史上占有突出地位。……
