知识产权密集型产业对经济增长的贡献研究

摘 要：知识产权密集型产业是推动经济发展的重要力量。为研究徐州知识产权密集型产业对经济增长的拉动作用，基于徐州2007—2016年的数据，以专利密集型产业和商标密集型产业为代表，研究了其与工业总产值、工业就业率以及地区生产总值之间的关系。根据研究结果，针对徐州知识产权密集型产业发展提出了对策建议。

Research on the Contribution of Intellectual Property-intensive Industry to Economic Growth

—— A Case Study of Xuzhou

Abstract： Intellectual property-intensive industry is an important force promoting economic development. In order to know the promoting function of Xuzhou's intellectual property-intensive industry to economic growth， the research based on the data of Xuzhou from 2007 to 2016， took the patent-intensive industry and the brand-intensive industry as the representatives and investigated their relationships with the total industrial output value， the industrial employment rate and the regional GDP. According to the research results， this paper offered strategies for Xuzhou's intellectual property-intensive industry development.

1 引言

关于经济增长问题的研究一直是学者们关注的热点。从开始的劳动力、资本等要素的投入到后来的技术进步推动，经济增长模式处在不断的变化当中，在知识经济时代背景下，科技创新成了时代的主题。我国当前正处于新常态经济背景之下，科技创新是推动经济发展的重要力量，如何在发展中抢占创新的制高点尤为重要。随着科学技术的进步和社会的快速发展，知识产权要素日益成为推动经济增长的潜在动力，只有获得知识产权的创新才是被社会认可的创新。

虽然不少学者对知识产权与经济增长之间的关系进行了一系列研究，然而针对区域知识产权对经济增长的影响作用仍有待进一步研究。本文选取徐州2007—2016年的数据，分别从知识产权密集型产业中的专利密集型产业和商标密集型产业这两个方面研究徐州知识产权对当地经济增长的贡献。
