创新生态建设中政治生态净化的思路与对策

摘 要：创新不仅是科技的创新，还涉及技术、服务、产品、政府、人才、机构、设施、制度等方面，这些因素共同构成了创新生态体系，要想解决创新生态建设中的难题和困惑，首先要有一个良好的政治生态，即体制机制导向。本文结合习近平总书记对于政治生态的一系列论述，以问题为导向，注重理论和实际的结合，探究问题的本源，结合科技工作的特点，得出创新生态建设中政治生态净化的思路，并提出相应的对策建议，为风清气正政治生态和风生水起创新生态提供理论支撑。

Ideas and Countermeasures of Purifying the Political Ecology in the Construction of Innovation Ecology

Abstract： Innovation is not only the innovation of science and technology， but also involves technology， services， products， government， talents， institutions， facilities， institutions and other aspects. These factors constitute an innovative ecological system. In order to solve the problems and puzzles in the construction of innovation ecology， we must first have a good political ecology， that is the system mechanism guidance. This paper， based on a series of discussions on political ecology by general secretary Xi Jinping， takes problems as the guidance， pays attention to the combination of theory and practice， explores the origin of the problem， combines the characteristics of scientific and technological work to get the idea of political ecological purification in the construction of innovation ecology， and puts forward the corresponding suggestions for the positive and purified political ecology. It provides theoretical support for thriving innovation ecology.

2018年“兩会”期间，习近平总书记在参加重庆代表团审议时指出，政治生态同自然生态一样，稍不注意就容易受到污染，一旦出现问题，再想恢复，就要付出很大代价。政治生态究其内涵而言，就是党的组织生活的活动状态、党的政治纪律和政治规矩的执行状态、党中央大政方针的贯彻落实情况。如同树木与森林，政治生态的载体是每一名党员干部。就科技系统而言，科技创新是民族进步的基石，良好的创新生态为科技创新提供源源不断的动力，创新生态中政治生态的净化，关系到科研成果、学术水平的进步程度，关系到我国科技事业在国际上的地位，是一项长期的政治任务，必须锲而不舍、持续用力、久久为功[1]。
