极致化护理服务提升体检优质护理工作分析

[摘要] 目的 分析極致化护理服务在提升体检优质护理工作中的应用效果。 方法 将2016年11月～2017年11月期间在本院进行体检的100例体检者作为实验组，即在优质护理工作中实施极致化护理服务；将2015年10月～2016年10月期间在本院进行体检的的100例体检者作为对照组，实施优质护理服务。将两组的体检质量优良率、体检者对护理服务的满意度情况进行对比分析。 结果 两组体检者的体检质量比较发现，实验组体检质量优良率为96.00%，明显高于对照组（87.00%），差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组体检者对体检护理服务的满意度方面，实验组体检护理总满意率为99.00%，明显较对照组更高（90.00%），差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 在体检优质护理工作中，实施极致化护理服务干预，可提升体检工作质量，提高体检者对护理服务的满意度，可在今后临床中大力推广使用。

Analysis of ultimate nursing services in the promotion of physical examination quality nursing work

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the application effect of ultimate nursing services in improving the quality nursing of medical examination. Methods 100 cases of physical examination conducted in our hospital from November 2016 to November 2017 were selected as the experimental group in this study， namely， the ultimate nursing service was implemented in the quality nursing work.100 medical examiners who performed physical examinations in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were selected as the control group， who were treated with quality nursing care. The excellent and good rate of medical examination quality， nursing service satisfaction of examiners between the above two groups were compared. Results Comparison of medical examination quality found that the excellent and good rate of medical examination quality in the experimental group was 96.00%， significantly higher than that in the control group （87.00%）， and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P<0.05）. There was a big difference in the satisfaction degree of medical examination service between two groups. The total satisfactory rate of medical examination nursing in the experimental group was 99.00%， which was significantly higher than that of the control group （90.00%）， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion In the examination quality nursing work， the implementation of the ultimate nursing intervention can improve the quality of medical examination and improve the satisfaction of nursing service， and can be vigorously promoted in clinic.

社会经济的发展，人们的生活水平得到了质的提高[1]。不仅饮食结构发生了较大变化，人们自身健康意识也在不断提高，因此对医院护理服务工作的质量要求也不断提高[2]。本研究中，将2016年11月～2017年11月期间在本院进行体检的100例体检者于优质护理服务基础上实施极致化护理服务，并将其服务效果与2015年10月～2016年10月期间在本院进行体检的的100例体检者（单纯优质护理服务）进行对比。现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

实验组对象均为本院于2016年11月～2017年11月期间筛选的100例体检者，在优质护理服务基础上实施极致化护理服务。对照组对象为2015年10月～2016年10月期间仅进行优质护理服务的100例体检者。将两组体检者的基本信息进行收集，实验组：共100例，其中包括男59例，女41例；年龄最小20岁，最大69岁，平均（42.34±5.15）岁；文化程度：初中及以下占20例，高中及中专占42例，大专及以上占38例。……
