绿色环保快速薄喷技术在煤矿巷道的应用实践

摘要:巷道埋深大,垂直应力大,在高应力作用下,不仅岩石的力学性能,即抗压、抗拉及抗剪的能力很弱,而且节理裂隙发育,稳定性不好。巷道圍岩中各种粒度的砂岩、砂质泥岩或泥质砂岩极易风化,而且围岩中的泥质成分容易吸水,使围岩变软,甚至泥化、崩解和膨胀。采用聚合物防风化砂浆对巷道进行封闭,该材料是高分子聚合物和无机材料及细骨料复合而成。产品外观为灰色。加水施工硬化后有较好的粘结性和抗伸拉性,同时有很好的成膜性,因此也具有风化防水抗渗作用。

Abstract: The roadway has a large buried depth and large vertical stress. Under high stress, not only the mechanical properties of the rock, namely compressive, tensile and shear resistance, are low, but also the development of joint cracks are not good. The sandstone, sandy mudstone or shaly sandstone of various sizes in the roadway surrounding rocks is easily weathered, and muddy components in the surrounding rocks are easily absorbed, making the surrounding rocks soft, even muddy, disintegrating and expanding. The roadway is sealed with a polymer weatherproof mortar. The material is a composite of high polymer, inorganic material and fine aggregate. The appearance of the product is gray. After the water is hardened, it has good adhesion and stretchability, and it has good film forming properties. Therefore, it also has weathering, waterproof and impervious effects.

0 引言

喷射混凝土作为矿山井巷、公铁路遂道、地下工程及水电硐室的一种辅助支护手段,从20世纪初开始,逐渐得到了广泛应用。随着新奥法的推广和普及,喷浆已为煤矿井下巷道支护普遍采用。为了达到更好的支护效果,尽快封闭巷道、防止围岩风化、金属网及锚杆锈蚀,喷浆已成为岩层巷道支护必不可少的一种手段。目前煤矿巷道喷浆支护还有很多无法克服的缺点,尤其是深部矿井巷道及大变形巷道,这些缺点更加突出。因此,迫切需要研究一种新型的喷浆材料,既能达到传统喷浆的作用效果,并且能够快速施工,大幅提高掘进速度;施工时无粉尘、不回弹,绿色环保且节省材料;柔性好、不易开裂,既使开裂也不片落伤人,安全可靠。
