分析建筑工程管理的现状及控制措施

【摘 要】社会的高速发展，带动了建筑行业的繁荣发展。在建筑施工过程中，建筑管理工作对于建筑工程质量的最终形成具有重要作用，是一项系统性、要求高的专业性工作，管理是否到位关系到企业和人民的利益。在此背景下，论文对当前建筑工程管理的现状展开详细研究，阐述目前建筑工程管理中存在问题，并探讨优化措施，目的是明确影响建筑工程管理水平的主要因素，提升建筑工程管理水平。

【Abstract】The rapid development of society has led to the prosperity and development of the construction industry. During the construction process， the construction management work plays an important role in the final formation of the quality of the building. It is a professional work of systematicness and high requirement， whether the management is in place is related to the interests of the enterprise and the people. Under this background， the paper makes a detailed study on the current situation of the construction management， expounds the problems existing in the current construction management， and probes into the optimization measures. The purpose of this paper is to identify the main factors that affect the level of construction management and improve the the level of construction management.

1 引言

建筑行业是我国的支柱型行业，对于带动经济发展有着不可替代的作用。随着我国现代化进程脚步的逐渐加快，建筑行业也面临诸多机遇和挑战。当前我国在建筑工程管理工作中存在不如人意之处，安全事故时有发生，施工人员整体素养普遍偏低，管理水平也较为薄弱，这些因素影响着建筑工程的质量，如何快而好地进行建设成为众多建筑企业的目标。基于此，本文就当前建筑工程管理存在的问题展开课题研究并对相关内容进行系统探讨，对于建筑行业如何做好工程管理具有现实性意义。

2 建筑工程管理现状

2.1 土建施工水平难以突破

实行建筑工程管理工作的主要价值体现在土建工程的施工阶段。建筑工程投资较大，风险较高。现场土建施工质量和人员状态对于土建工作有较大影响，对其管理要求较高。在当下的建筑工程中，土建工程的施工应用现代机械生产的水平依旧较低，工作效能相对低下，安全问题突出。……
