中小型泵站运行管理中存在问题和措施探讨

摘 要：在我国农业快速发展的过程中，中小型泵站的普遍使用有着巨大的功劳。近几年，中小型泵站主要应用于防洪除涝，调水等多个方面。泵站在这些方面起着不可替代的作用，社会的发展也已经离不开泵站的正常运行。同时，泵站作为国家重大工程中运输水源的主要载体，相应的促进了相关地区的经济发展。但是，在泵站的运行管理中仍然存在较多的不足之处，相关的设计者应当在运行和管理方面加大研究力度，以下关于泵站运行与管理方面的内容仅供读者参考。

Abstract： In the process of rapid development of agriculture in China， the widespread use of small and medium-sized pumping stations has a huge contribution. In recent years， small and medium-sized pumping stations are mainly used in flood control， water transfer and other aspects. Pumping stations play an irreplaceable role in these aspects， and the development of the people has been inseparable from the normal operation of pumping stations. At the same time， the pumping station， as the main carrier of water transportation in the national major projects， has promoted the economic development of the relevant areas. However， there are still many deficiencies in the operation and management of the pumping station， the relevant designers should increase research efforts in the operation and management， the following content on the operation and management of the pumping station is only for the reference.

1 当前国内中小型泵站的运行管理中存在的弊端

在对中小型泵站运行管理的过程中，相关的人员没有专业的知识对泵站进行合理的操作，容易出现泵站设备因为操作不当而出现各种问题的现象，这就为泵站的正常运行埋下了安全的隐患。相关的工作人员缺乏专业的素质，也不能合理的使用泵站，往往一遇到突发的问题就不知所措，这就大大的降低了工作的效率，在一定的程度上来说，阻碍了地区的经济发展[1]。

当前国内大部分地区使用的中小型泵站设备年代较为久远，陈旧落后，老化的问题也比较严重。此外，在运行的过程中，中小型泵站需要耗费大量的电能，这就在一定程度上增加了生产者的成本，同时也存在运行时间较短就产生大量的热的现象，就会导致机器在运行的过程中存在极大的不稳定性。……
