汽车维修行业的问题与措施分析

摘 要：近年来，市场经济得到飞速发展，我国国民经济日益提高，人们的生活水平和生活质量也越来越高，直接带动了汽车行业的快速发展。但是在汽车行业飞速发展过程中，汽车维修行业发展存在一定滞后，与现代汽车行业的发展不相匹配，一定程度上也阻碍了汽车行业全面发展。文章主要对汽车维修行业的问题进行深入剖析，并针对性的提出解决措施，全面推进汽车维修行业向前发展，进而促进整个汽车行業的健康可持续发展。

Abstract： In recent years， the market economy has been developing rapidly， the national economy of our country is improving day by day， people's living standard and quality of life are also getting higher and higher， driving the rapid development of automobile industry directly. However， in the rapid development of the automotive industry， there is a certain lag in the development of the automotive maintenance industry， which does not match the development of the modern automotive industry， and to a certain extent also hinders the all-round development of the automotive industry. This article mainly analyzes the problems of the auto repair industry， and puts forward the solutions to promote the development of the auto repair industry in an all-round way， and then promote the healthy and sustainable development of the entire automotive industry.

前言

近年来，人们越来越追求高品质生活，对汽车的需求也不断增加，有效推进了汽车行业的快速发展。汽车维修行业属于汽车行业的附属产业，也需要紧跟汽车行业发展步伐实现全面发展。但是汽车维修行业当前在维修技术、经营管理、人员素质以及监管方面都存在一系列问题，严重影响了该行业有效发展。因此，有必要对相应问题深入分析，并针对性的提出解决措施，全面推进汽车维修行业的健康有效发展。

1 汽车维修行业的问题

1.1 维修技术落后

我国汽车制造技术在近年来发展迅速，但是汽车维修技术却远比不上汽车制造技术的发展速度，在当前汽车维修行业当中，维修技术相对比较落后，远远达不到机电一体化的现代技术要求，在日常维修活动当中也依然以传统维修技术为主，现代化痕迹不明显。造成……
