城市型、应用型大学德育的目标、思路与重点

[摘要]高校思想政治工作与人才培养紧密关联，从德育工作与人才培养的逻辑关系入手，分析城市型、应用型大学培养什么人、如何培养人、用啥培养人，有助于进一步明确德育目标，理清德育思路，突出德育重点。城市型、应用型大学的德育目标是培养学生以马克思主义能力为核心的思想政治素质，德育思路是坚持本地化、本校化、实践化，德育重点是以社会主义核心价值观为统领，突出思想、政治、品德、能力教育。

Citybased，Applicationoriented Universities

Abstract： The ideological and political work in universities is closely related to the cultivation of talents. Starting from the logical relationship between moral education and talents cultivation， we can analyze what kind of talents to cultivate， how to cultivate talents， and with what to cultivate talents in citybased， applicationoriented universities， which will help to further clarify the moral education target， find out the moral education path， highlight the key points of moral education. The goal of moral education in citybased， applicationoriented universities is to cultivate students ideological and political quality centered on the ability of marxism. The path of moral education is to insist on localization， university itself and practice. The key points of moral education is to take socialist core values as a guide and highlight ideological， political， ethical and capability education.

习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上指出：“高校思想政治工作关系高校培养什么样的人、如何培养人这个根本问题。”[1]这是我们党和国家的最高领导人从全局和战略高度，对高校思想政治工作与人才培养紧密关联的科学判断，为做好高校德育工作指明了前进方向。城市型、应用型大学的德育工作亦应从理清德育工作与人才培养的逻辑关系入手进行思考和实践。高校德育工作与人才培养有三重关系，即从德育工作的价值导向看培养什么人，从德育工作的原则和思路看如何培养人，从德育工作的具体开展看用啥培养人。培养什么人是德育目标，如何培养人是德育思路，用啥培养人是德育手段。

1德育目标：培养学生以马克思主义能力为核心的思想政治素质

培养什么人是高等学校人才培养的逻辑起点，具体指向培养目标，背后蕴含的是指导思想、培养理念和价值追求。……
