舒适护理对微创手术治疗疝气患儿围术期中的效果及对 其术后并发症的影响

【摘 要】目的：探討微创手术治疗疝气患儿围术期中的效果及对其术后并发症的影响。方法：选取我院在2017年4月到2017年4月收治的小儿疝气患儿40例为研究对象，并随即分成对照组和观察组，每组20例。对照组采用常规的护理方法，而观察组主要采用舒适护理方法，具体步骤为具体步骤为循证、心理护理干预、术中和术后的舒适护理。同时比对观察组和对照组的护理有效率、术后并发症产生率和护理满意率的数据进行分析总结。结果：研究结果显示，观察组的总护理有效率高达95.0%，而对照组的总有效率为87.5%，明显低于观察组。同时，在患儿术后并发症产生率的数据结果比对上，观察组为10%，对照组为35.0%，明显高于观察组。至于护理满意度，观察组总满意率为92.5% ，对照组为72.5%。两组数据比对具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：舒适护理对微创手术治疗疝气患儿围术期中的效果良好，不仅可以提高护理疗效的有效率，还可以减少术后并发症的发生，从而提高护理满意度，具有应用价值。

The Effect of Comfort Care on Perioperative Period and Its Effect on Postoperative Complications in Children with Hernia Treated by Minimally Invasive Surgery

Abstract Objective： To investigate the effect of minimally invasive surgery on the perioperative period of children with hernia and its effect on postoperative complications. METHODS： Forty children with children with hernia who were admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to April 2017 were selected as the study subjects. They were immediately divided into control group and observation group， with 20 cases in each group. The control group used conventional nursing methods， while the observation group mainly used comfortable nursing methods. The specific steps were concrete steps for evidence-based， psychological nursing interventions， and comfortable care during and after surgery. At the same time， compared with the observation group and the control group， the efficiency of nursing， the incidence of postoperative complications and the satisfaction rate of nursing were analyzed and summarized. Results： The results of the study showed that the total care efficiency of the observation group was as high as 95.0%， while that of the control group was 87.5%， which was significantly lower than that of the observation group. At the same time， the data on the incidence of postoperative complications in children were compared. The observation group was 10% and the control group was 35.0%， which was significantly higher than that of the observation group. As for satisfaction with care， the total satisfaction rate was 92.5% in the observation group and 72.5% in the control group. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups of data （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Comfort nursing has a good effect in the perioperative period of minimally invasive surgery for children with hernia. It can not only improve the efficiency of nursing efficacy， but also reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications， thus improving nursing satisfaction， and has application value.

所谓小儿疝气，实践就是腹股沟疝气，是小儿常见疾病中的一种，多由先天性的鞘状突或脐环未闭合引起的。其主要治疗方法是对患儿进行为微创手术。但由于患儿年纪较小，护理人员应对其进行相关护理，而舒适护理是目前最为合适的护理方式。因此，本文研究的是舒适护理对微创手术治疗疝气患儿围术期中的效果及对其术后并发症的影响，先报道如下。
