基于岗位模拟的高职物流运输管理课程一体化教学研究

[摘要]针对物流运输管理课程理论教学过多，缺乏实际操作的问题，提出基于物流企业真实岗位需求的物流运输一体化教学体系。在一体化教学体系的基础上，依托logis运输综合业务系统实践教学平台，在教学平台中嵌入来源于企业真实环境的任务案例，让学生通过模拟扮演某一岗位角色进行职业岗位技能训练。

Research on the Course of Logistics Transportation Management Integration in

Higher Vocational Colleges which Based on the Job Simulation

Abstract： In view of the excessive teaching of《logistics transportation management》theory and the lack of practical operation， this paper puts forward the integrated teaching system of logistics transportation based on the actual demand of logistics enterprises. On the basis of the integration of teaching system， based on a logis transportation comprehensive business system practice teaching platform， embedded in the teaching platform from the task of real world case enterprise， lets the student by simulating a post role for professional post skills training.

[作者簡介]李卫华（1982-），女，湖南张家界人，讲师，硕士，研究方向：物流管理。岗位模拟教学法是指在专业教师的指导下，学生通过模拟扮演某一岗位角色，在教师创设的情景之中进行职业岗位技能训练的教学方法。高职教育非常重视实践与理论相结合的一体化教学，但是大部分高职学校由于场地、设施设备、资金等条件的限制，大大削弱了学生实际技能训练这一重要的教学环节。而岗位模拟教学法通过创设一种贴近实际、身临其境的教学环境，在很大程度上弥补了学校客观条件的不足，为学生提供近似真实的实训环境。

一、物流运输管理课程教学中存在的问题

物流运输管理是物流管理专业一门重要的专业课，通过此课程的学习，能够掌握不同运输方式的特点、运输线路的优化、集装箱运输管理、物流运输车辆管理、运输计划与管理、运输作业管理、运输安全管理等方面的知识与技能。此课程的实操部分要求学生掌握业务受理、货物分拨、运输调度、取派作业等流程，以及相关的分拣系统的自动化操作、仓库管理软件的运用、堆垛机、输送机、叉车、手推车、打包机、条形码等设施设备的使用。……
