上海练塘镇社区妇女两病筛查结果分析

摘 要 目的：分析上海青浦区练塘镇社区妇女两病筛查的结果，为提升工作和服务质量提供依据。方法：对练塘社区2013年1月至2017年10月3次妇女两病（妇科病、乳腺病）筛查情况进行回顾性分析。结果：2013年筛查人数9 535人，2015年筛查人数8 544人，2017年筛查人数5 004人，两病的患病率分别为24.14%、28.05%及29.30%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。6 164例患病的妇女中，患有阴道炎2 246例（36.44%），宫颈炎1 900例（30.92%），子宫肌瘤1 801例（29.22%），乳腺病121例（1.96%），其他疾病96例（1.56%）。结论：上海练塘社区3次筛查的人数逐年减少，而妇女两病的患病率逐年呈上升趋势，应加强社区健康教育，提高妇女两病筛查质量。

Analysis of the screening results of womens two diseases in Liantang Community， Shanghai

ABSTRACT Objective： To analyze the results of screening for two diseases among women in Liantang Community of Qingpu District， Shanghai to provide evidence for improving work and service quality. Methods： A retrospective analysis was made on the screening of womens two diseases （gynecological disease and breast disease） in Liantang Community from January 2013 to October 2017. Results： The numbers of people screened in 2013， 2015 and 2017 were 9 535， 8 544 and 5 004， the prevalence of the two diseases was 24.14%， 28.05% and 29.30%， respectively， and the difference was statistically significant （P < 0.05）. Among the 6 164 cases， 2 246 （36.44%） were vaginitis， 1 900 （30.92%） cervicitis， 1 801 （29.22%） uterine fibroids， 121 （1.96%） breast diseases， and 96 （1.56%） other diseases. Conclusion： The numbers of three screenings in Liantang Community， Shanghai decrease year by year， while the prevalence of two diseases among women increases year by year. Community health education should be strengthened to improve the quality of screening for two diseases in women.

妇女病普查普治是妇女保健工作的重要内容之一。为切实做好该项工作，进一步提高社区妇女健康水平，本文综合分析上海青浦区练塘镇妇女两病（妇科病、乳腺病）筛查结果，为提升工作和服务质量提供科学依据。

1 对象与方法

1.1 对象

上海练塘镇社区每间隔两年进行一次两病（妇科病、乳腺病）筛查，资料来源于本社区2013年1月至2017年10月进行的3次妇女两病筛查报表。筛查对象为上海练塘镇户籍65岁以下已婚已育妇女及居住在上海练塘镇社区的外来务工妇女。2013年普查人数9 535人，年龄23～65岁，平均年龄48.32岁；2015年普查人數8 544人，年龄25～65 岁，平均年龄50.27岁； 2017年普查人数5 004人，年龄20～65 岁，平均年龄51.58岁。

1.2 方法

两病筛查具体内容包括常规妇科检查、乳腺触诊、宫颈细胞学检查、阴道分泌物检查、红外线乳腺检查（乳透）、阴道超声（阴式彩超）检查。

参与筛查工作的医务人员均经过培训，培训内容包括：两癌筛查的目的、意义和实施方法；参与筛查人员的任务、要求和注意事项；现场筛查程序；各种调查表、检验、检测结果的填写方法；各有关检查项目技术操作标准化和质量控制方法；……
