子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病患者的围术期护理措施评价

[摘要] 目的 分析研究子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病患者的围术期护理措施。方法 该次研究患者例数为64例，其入院治疗的时间为2017年8月—2018年3月，随机将患者分为对照组和观察组，对照组实施常规护理干预，观察组实施综合护理干预。结果 观察组切口愈合时间、术后肛门排气时间和住院时间都低于对照组，对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。对照组患者满意度为78.13%，观察组患者满意度为93.75%，观察组患者的满意程度明显高于对照组，对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。对比两组患者血糖控制情况，观察组患者的血糖控制率为90.63%，对照组患者的血糖控制率为59.38%。观察组患者的血糖控制率明显高于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病患者进行围手术期护理干预效果较高，能减少患者切口愈合时间、术后肛门排气时间和住院时间，提高手术治疗效果，值得临床推广。

Perioperative Nursing Measures Evaluation of Uterine Fibroids with Diabetes

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the perioperative nursing measures of patients with uterine fibroids and diabetes. Methods The number of patients in this study was 64. The time of admission was from August 2017 to March 2018. Patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group received routine nursing intervention. The observation group adopted comprehensive nursing intervention. Results The time of incision healing， postoperative anal exhaust time and hospital stay were lower in the observation group than in the control group. The difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The satisfaction of patients in the control group was 78.13%， and the satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 93.75%. The satisfaction degree of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. The blood glucose control of the two groups was compared. The blood glucose control rate of the observation group was 90.63%， and the blood glucose control rate of the control group was 59.38%. The blood glucose control rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group， and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion Perioperative nursing intervention in patients with uterine fibroids and diabetes is more effective， which can reduce the time of incision healing， postoperative anal exhaust time and hospitalization time， and improve the effect of surgical treatment. It is worthy of clinical promotion.

子宮肌瘤是女性妇科临床中常见的疾病之一，是女性生殖系统良性肿瘤疾病，发病率比较高，随着现代人类生活水平的不断提高，饮食和环境不断变化，子宫肌瘤的发病率逐渐上升，糖尿病的发病率也在不断上升，导致子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病患者也在逐渐增多。目前临床上的治疗方式一般以手术治疗为主。糖尿病会引发许多并发症的出现，影响手术效果，因此加强围术期的综合护理，有效的控制糖尿病的发展，降低并发症发生，对是患者来说是至关重要的[1]，该文为了研究子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病患者的围术期护理措施，特选取2017年8月—2018年3月入院治疗的子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病患者64例为研究对象进行分析，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料
