探讨四手操作护理配合在下颌阻生智齿拔除术中的应用效果

【摘要】 目的：探讨四手操作护理配合在下颌阻生智齿拔除术中的应用效果。方法：选取2017年5月-2019年5月笔者所在医院口腔科收治的186例下颌阻生智齿患者。按照随机分组的方式将其分为对照组和观察组，每组93例。所有患者均行下颌阻生智齿拔除术，对照组采取常规护理配合，观察组采取四手操作护理配合。比较两组手术情况、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果：观察组手术实施顺利率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察組护理满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：下颌阻生智齿拔除术中采取四手操作护理配合，能够有效地保证手术的进展，使之顺利实施。同时还可降低术后并发症发生率，提高护理满意度，值得推广。

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the application effect of four-hand operation nursing cooperation in the extraction of impacted mandibular wisdom teeth. Method： A total of 186 patients with impacted mandibular wisdom teeth admitted in stomatology department of our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group， with 93 cases in each group. All patients underwent extraction of impacted mandibular wisdom teeth. The control group was given routine nursing cooperation， while the observation group were given four-hand operation nursing cooperation. The operation conditions， complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Result： The smooth rate of operation in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Four hand operation nursing cooperation in the extraction of impacted mandibular wisdom teeth can effectively ensure the progress of the operation and make it carry out smoothly. At the same time， it can also reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve nursing satisfaction. It is worth promoting.

在当前的社会背景下，人们的健康意识不断加强。口腔健康也成为人们关注的重点之一，下颌阻生智齿作为临床常见的一种口腔问题，成人阻生牙的发生率为20%[1]。这种阻生牙和覆盖着它上面的牙龈之间，很容易藏污纳垢，滋生细菌，引起口臭、龋坏，当机体免疫功能下降时，易发炎症。下颌阻生智齿拔除作为临床常见的一种口腔干预措施，操作步骤相对复杂，包括麻醉、翻瓣切开、去骨分牙、增隙、阻生牙拔除、创口处理、缝合、术后观察[2-4]。这也就使得整个操作中患者可能会面临较大的风险，从而影响手术的进程与结果[5]。因此，在临床工作中十分注重医护人员之间的配合。四手操作护理配合也在下颌阻生智齿拔除术中得到了运用，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法
