【摘要】 目的:探究新型头皮夹承载装置在头皮止血中的应用。方法:选取2018年6月-2019年6月笔者所在医院神经外科诊治的开颅手术患者60例,随机分为两组,每组30例,甲组头皮夹应用传统方法放置,乙组应用新型头皮夹承载装置。对两组头皮愈合情况、术中各项时间及术中出血量进行比较。结果:乙组愈合情况及美观程度均优于甲组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);乙组安置头皮夹、术后回收清点头皮夹时间及手术时间均短于甲组,术中出血量少于甲组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新型头皮夹承载装置可明显减少开颅手术患者术中出血量,缩短手术时间,为护士提供充足头皮夹数量并方便术后清点,从而能促进切口愈合,改善外观。

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the application of a new scalp clip bearing device in scalp hemostasis.Method:From June 2018 to June 2019,60 patients undergoing craniotomy treated in our hospital were selected,and were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The scalp clip in group A was placed by traditional method,and the new scalp bearing device was used in group B.The scalp healing,intraoperative time and intraoperative bleeding volume were compared between the two groups.Result:The healing and aesthetic degree of group B were better than those of group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative recovery and counting time and operation time of head wallet in group B were shorter than those in group A,and the amount of intraoperative bleeding in group B was less than that in group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The new scalp clamp loading device can reduce bleeding during operation of craniotomy surgery patients,shorten the operation time significantly.It can provide enough scalp clamps for nurses and facilitate post-operative counting,thus promoting wound healing and improving appearance.

颅脑手术患者多存在切口愈合不良、瘢痕明显及瘢痕部位毛发生长较差等情况[1]。头皮部位的缝合在临床上分为分层缝合及可吸收线连续缝合,虽然能够改善头部创口缝合的繁琐,缩短手术时间,但是术中头皮出血以及伤口愈合等情况无法避免[2]。近期笔者研究发现头皮夹能帮助创口愈合,术中应用能够显著改善术中血流过量情况[3]。因此笔者经过试验改进,研制出一种新型头皮夹承载装置应用于头皮止血中,能够术中出血,且降低成本,节约手术时间。本文就新型头皮夹承载装置在头皮止血中的应用进行研究,现报道如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
收集2018年6月-2019年6月笔者所在医院神经外科收治的60例开颅手术患者。入选患者均经可靠的CT报告显示存在颅脑外伤,未合并其他部分严重外伤,急诊及择期行开颅手术,年龄超过18岁。排除标准:妊娠期或经期妇女;瘢痕体质,合并严重高血压、糖尿病及营养不良等内科疾病;合并严重精神系统疾患,严重感染,严重心肺疾病;病情不稳定或无法配合检查;存在出血情绪或者合并血液系统疾病。……
