为己利他视角下体育非物质文化遗产传承人的行为逻辑初探

摘  要：本文采用文献资料法，以为己利他的理论视角对体育非物质文化遗产传承人的行为逻辑进行研究，探究场景中体育“非遗”传承人是如何行动的，揭示体育“非遗”传承人为己利他的行为逻辑表现;他们传统体育技艺突出，具有一定的社会资源，拥有较好的村落声誉。是村落间公认的“能人”，体育“非遗”传承人为己的行为逻辑，无形中会挫败同样在进行体育非物质文化遗产保护传承和发展的部分边缘人物。传承人的利他行为能使上级部门和村落参与的群体有效整合，实现互利共赢的局面。然而传承人的消极懈怠行为表现会影响非物质文化遗产的保护和传承。本文只是以为己利他作为研究的理论视角，尚未深入，不够完善。因此，也未能提出相应的对策建议，但是，在“以人为本”的指导思想下，对体育“非遗”传承人的行动逻辑将会是今后学术界研究的焦点，本文的研究可为今后这方面的研究提供参考。

Absrtact： Using the method of documentation， this paper studies the behavioral logic of inheritors of sports intangible cultural heritage from the perspective of self-interest theory， explores how the inheritors of sports intangible cultural heritage act in the scene， reveals the behavioral logic of inheritors of sports intangible cultural heritage for self-interest; their traditional sports skills are outstanding， they have certain social resources and have better villages. Reputation. It is recognized as a "capable person" among villages. The logic of inheritance of "non-legacy" of sports will invisibly frustrate some marginal figures who are also carrying out the protection， inheritance and development of intangible cultural heritage of sports. The inheritor's altruistic behavior can effectively integrate the superior departments and the groups involved in the villages， and realize the situation of mutual benefit and win-win situation. However， the negative slack behavior of inheritors will affect the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage. This paper just regards self-interest as the theoretical perspective of research， which has not been thorough and perfect. Therefore， the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions have not been put forward， but under the guiding ideology of "people-oriented"， the action logic of sports "non-legacy" inheritors will be the focus of academic research in the future. This study can provide reference for future research in this area.
