智慧校园数据管理交换平台研究与建设

摘  要： 高校的多业务特性决定了各业务系统并存，但是各业务系统建设时间不一，信息共享的程度也良莠不齐，因此高校数据的全局应用率偏低，有时甚至会出现“信息孤岛”的现象，严重制约了高校信息化的发展。以南京工业大学数据管理交换平台建设为例，介绍了数据平台从无到有，从制度建设到最终实现部分数据共享的过程，表明该平台的实施是可行并有效的。

Abstract： The multi-service characteristics of business in colleges and universities determine the coexistence of various business systems， but the construction time of each business system is different， and the degree of information sharing is also uneven. Therefore， the global application rate of university data is low， and sometimes there will be an "information island" phenomenon， which seriously restrict the development of information technology in colleges and universities. Taking the research and construction of data management and exchange platform of Nanjing Tech University as an example， this paper introduces the process of the platform from the construction of institutional system to final realization of partial data sharing， to show that the implementing of the platform is feasible and effective.

0 引言

目前，各高校都在推进智慧校园建设，而数据共享则是智慧校园建设中不可或缺的一部分。有了数据的共享与交互，智慧校园才能智慧起来。但是在实际应用和使用中，部分高校的各个业务系统之间相互独立，数据格式不统一，数据并不能很好的交流和共享，高校数据中心还没有真正形成[1]。

1 数据管理交换平台建设目的

当前本校数据使用的现状是：各个部门、院系都有独立的信息系统和数据库，且各个系统自成体系，因此主要存在以下几类问题[2-3]：

⑴ 没有统一的数据标准与规范;

⑵ 数据重复冗余，各部门间同一信息不一致;

⑶ 各系统交互困难，信息孤岛问题愈演愈烈;

⑷ 信息无法及时共享，流通主要靠线下，数据利用率不高。

为了解决上述问题，数据共享势在必行，只有让数据共享才能保证数据一致，减少冗余，提高利用率。这就要求设计一个数据管理交换平台，为今后各部门信息化工作提供前期的准备和支持[4]。……
