前列腺素滴眼液治疗糖皮质激素性青光眼的效果

【摘 要】目的：探究前列腺素滴眼液治疗糖皮质激素性青光眼的效果。方法：选取我院眼科2015年9月～2018年10月期间收治的24例糖皮质激素性青光眼患者。对照组患者采用马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液治疗方案，观察组患者则采用曲伏前列腺素滴眼液治疗方案。对比、分析两组患者在接受治疗前后眼压及视力水平的变化情况。结果：在接受治疗后，对照组内视力水平小于0.1患者更多，大于0.3患者更少，两组间差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：使用前列腺素滴眼液治疗糖皮质激素性青光眼的效果理想。

Effect of prostaglandin eye drops on glucocorticoid glaucoma

Abstract： .Objective  To investigate the effect of prostaglandin eye drops on glucocorticoid glaucoma. Methods  Twenty-four patients with glucocorticoid glaucoma admitted to our hospital from September2015to October2018were enrolled. Patients in the control group were treated with timolol maleate eye drops，and patients in the observation group were treated with travoprost eye drops. The changes of intraocular pressure and visual acuity were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment，the visual acuity in the control group was less than0.1，and the number was greater than0.3. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion The use of prostaglandin eye drops for the treatment of glucocorticoid glaucoma is ideal.

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取我院眼科2015年9月～2018年10月期间收治的24例糖皮质激素性青光眼的患者，采用随机分组方式将患者分为对照组（12例）和观察组（12例）。观察组男性7例，女性5例;年龄22～58岁，平均（45.23±6.15）岁;使用药物时间8～22m，平均（16.55±2.15）m。观察组男性6例，女性6例;年龄21～57岁，平均（44.06±6.11）岁;使用药物时间7～23m，平均（16.38±2.03）m。两者差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。

1.2 治疗方法 给予对照组患者马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液（武汉五景药业有限公司，国药准字H42021078）进行治疗，1～2滴/次，2次/天。给予观察组患者曲伏前列腺素滴眼液（ALCON Cusi S.A.公司，进口药品注册证号：H20130813）进行治疗，每晚睡前滴1滴眼液。根据两组患者的病情减少或者停止使用交感神经抑制剂等其他降眼压药物。患者均连续治疗8周。

1.3 观察指标

观察、对比两组患者在接受治疗前后眼压及视力水平的变化情况。

1.4 统计学处理

使用SPSS20.0统计学软件对数据进行分析处理，使用t检验计量资料，用（）表示，若P<0.05，则差异具有统计学意义。

2 结果
