更昔洛韦联合甲钴胺治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效分析

【摘 要】目的：研究更昔洛韦联合甲钴胺治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效分析。方法：选取2018年1月～2019年7月在本院就诊的100例带状疱疹患者，将其随机分为治疗组（n=50）和对照组（n=50）。治疗组给予更昔洛韦联合甲钴胺治疗，对照组单独给予更昔洛韦治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果：用药14天后，治疗组总有效率为94.0%，高于对照组的80.0%，差异显著（P<0.05）;两组均出现轻微不良反应，但自行消退。结论：更昔洛韦联合甲钴胺治疗带状疱疹临床疗效高于单独使用更昔洛韦，且安全性较高，值得临床应用。

Clinical efficacy of ganciclovir combined with mecobalamin in the treatment of herpes zoster

Abstract： .Objective： To study the clinical efficacy of ganciclovir combined with mecobalamin in the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods：100cases of senile pruritus from January2018to July2019were randomly divided into treatment group （n =50） and control group （n =50）. The treatment group was treated with ganciclovir combined with mecobalamin，while the control group was treated with ganciclovir alone. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results： After14days of treatment，the total effective rate of the treatment group was94.0%，which was higher than80.0% in the control group，and the difference was significant （P <0.05）. There were slight adverse reactions in both groups，but they subsided spontaneously. Conclusion： Ganciclovir tablets combined with mecobalamin in the treatment of senile pruritus is more effective than ganciclovir alone，and it is safe and worthy of clinical application.

带状疱疹属皮肤科急性感染性疾病，由水痘—带状疱疹病毒引起，主要表现为有沿单侧周围神经分布集簇性的小水泡并且伴发明显神经痛[1-2]，病程一般2～4周，好发于成年人，年龄越高发病率越高。近年来，临床上多采用抗病毒类药物对带状疱疹进行治疗，具有一定效果。本研究采用更昔洛韋和营养神经药物甲钴胺联用的治疗方式，取得非常可观的临床疗效，现报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

筛选我院门诊2018年1月-2019年7月期间符合纳入标准的100例带状疱疹患者为研究对象。

排除以下情况：严重的免疫功能低下者，需长期服用免疫抑制剂或糖皮质激素者，有重要的脏器功能损害者，哺乳期或妊娠妇女，有更昔洛韦或甲钴胺过敏史者。将所有患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组50例，其中男性56例，女性44例，年龄35～68岁，病程<8天。两组患者在年龄、性别、病程及病情差异等方面均无显著性差异（P>0.05），具有均衡性。

1.2 治疗方法

所有患者行肝功能、肾功能等检查，均正常。治疗组给予更昔洛韦一次0.25g，口服，一日3次;甲钴胺一次0.5mg，口服，一日3次。对照组仅给予更昔洛韦，服用方法同治疗组。……
