论中小型企业安全发展理念

【摘 要】市场经济不断完善更新，中小企业发展非常迅速，在给市场经济做出巨大贡献的同时，其安全生产问题不断突出，安全事故和劳动纠纷发生概率不断提高。对于目前中小企业生产安全管理和安全防护意识而言，还存在着一些问题需要改进和完善。

【Abstract】Market economy has been continuously improved and updated， and the development of small and medium-sized enterprises is very rapid. While making great contributions to the market economy， the safety production problems of small and medium-sized enterprises have become more prominent， and the probability of safety accidents and labor disputes has continued to increase. For the current production safety management and safety protection consciousness of small and medium-sized enterprises， there are still some problems that need to be improved and perfected.

1 引言

目前，中小企业的生产安全方面还存在很多问题。企业主体责任的落实、各项规章制度的建立还不够完善。这些问题让中小企业进步和发展停滞不前。因此，也引起了大家关注。希望通过这篇文章的研究，可以为中小企业正常运作提供良好建议。

2 中小企业安全发展存在的问题

2.1 对安全生产法规法律不熟悉和对安全生产管理不重视

如今，有许多中小型企业根本没有直接监管部门。对于国家安全生产相关法律法规不熟悉。在经营生产中，没有落实改善自身劳动防护意识和生产安全管理制度。在设立相关管理制度和职工安全培训教育方面，有些中小企业认为这项工作并没有必要。其会为了更高的经济效益，不重视各项管理制度，会刻意减少生产安全防护设施和设备支出。认为这两项工作只是为了应付检查，就算制定了相应制度，也没有真正落实到实际工作中。

2.2 企业发展与安全投入不成正比

现在，有很多中小企业依旧是在初步发展阶段。企业主要负责人在安全意识方面比较薄弱。……
