船舶制造项目质量管理与成本控制研究

【摘 要】随着社会经济的不断发展和交通运输需求的越来越大，船舶制造行业获得了迅猛的发展。从当前我国船舶制造行业来看，制造过程中的质量管理和成本控制仍然存在一定的问题，影响我国船舶制造业的发展水平，降低船舶制造企业的经济效益。论文主要针对船舶制造项目的成本控制以及质量管理进行探究。

【Abstract】With the continuous development of social economy and the increasing demand of transportation， the marine manufacturing industry has been developed rapidly. From the point of view of the current ship manufacturing industry in China， there are still some problems in the quality management and cost control in the manufacturing process， which affect the development level of the ship manufacturing industry in our country and reduce the economic benefits of the ship manufacturing enterprises. This paper mainly discusses the cost control and quality management of ship manufacturing project.

1 引言

船舶制造业是衡量我国制造业水平的一个重要因素，作为传统的综合性工业，船舶工业制造水平直接关系着我国船舶行业的发展。随着经济全球化的逐渐推进，船舶工业在国民经济发展过程中的作用越来越大，做好船舶制造项目的质量管理与成本控制工作，有利于促进船舶制造行业的健康稳定发展，使得船舶企业能够在激烈的社会竞争中存活并稳定发展下来。

2 当前船舶制造项目成本控制与质量管理的不足

2.1 船舶制造项目质量管理问题

在新的经济发展形势之下，对船舶质量也提出了更高的要求，只有不断提升船舶制造水平，保证船舶质量，才能使得船舶制造企业在竞争中获得一席之地。我国拥有悠长的海岸线和数量繁多的江河湖泊，造船项目需求量大，但由于造船行业人员流动性大，涉及的内容复杂多样，导致船舶造船质量管理方面存在较大难度，影响质量管理工作的顺利进行。从我国船舶企业……
