企业财务风险分析与防范策略

【摘 要】在市场经济环境下，企业所面临的外部条件影响越来越大，同时还会受到相关政策发挥的限制，企业借助有限的资源实现收益的最大化，在此过程中就会面临财务、法律、市场、政策等诸多风险，其中，财务风险便是较为常见的一种。企业必须分析财务风险，在最短的时间内对各类财务风险进行识别，这样才可以为企业的稳定、持续经营奠定坚实的基础。论文首先分析了财务风险的特征和类型，之后对企业财务风险的防范策略展开探讨。

【Abstract】Under the market economy environment， the influence of the external conditions faced by enterprise is increasing. At the same time， they will be restricted by relevant policies. Enterprises can maximize their profits by means of limited resources. In this process， they will face many risks， such as finance， law， market， policy and so on. Among them， financial risk is one of the more common. Enterprises must analyze financial risks， identify various financial risks in the shortest time， so as to lay a solid foundation for the stability and sustainable management of enterprises. This paper firstly analyzes the characteristics and types of financial risks， and then discusses the prevention strategies of financial risks.

1 引言

现阶段，我国企业所面临的竞争尤为激烈，市场状况的变化性较强，存在各种各样的不可控制以及难以预测的因素，企业财务风险的发生为企业的生存造成了阻碍，甚至增加了破产清算的现象，财务风险严重影响了企业和社会的良好发展。当前，市场经济越来越完善，企业随时随地均面临着从市场而来的各种风险，所以，企业财务风险的防范和控制意义极为重大。

2 财务风险的特征和类型

2.1 财务风险的特征

首先，客观性。只要企业有财务活动存在，财务风险总在企业生产经营的各环节中存在，这就表示不能实现预期目标的风险是客观存在的。其次，不确定性。财务风险尽管可以事前展开控制和估计，但因为对财务活动结果造成影响的各种因素变化性较强，所以事前不可以将其大小准确确定出来。再次，激励性。……
