关节镜手术治疗对老年性骨关节炎半月板不同类型损伤患者的临床效果观察

【摘 要】目的：分析关节镜手术治疗对老年性骨关节炎半月板不同类型损伤患者的临床疗效。方法：选取2018年1月至2019年1月间我院收治的170例老年性骨关节炎半月板损伤患者作为研究样本，根据患者的临床症状选择采用缝合或切除的方式进行骨关节炎手术，观察不同类型损伤患者治疗后的效果。结果：关节镜手术治疗在半月板纵行撕裂损伤的治疗中具有最高的治疗优良率，在半月板变异型撕裂损伤中具有最低的治疗优良率，且差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;关节镜手术治疗对其他类型半月板损伤的治疗效果无明显差异。结论：关节镜手术治疗对半月板纵行撕裂损伤患者具有最理想的临床治疗效果，对变异型撕裂损伤患者的治疗效果最差，关节镜手术治疗其他类型的半月板损伤效果大致相同。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the clinical effect of arthroscopic surgery on different types of meniscus injuries in senile osteoarthritis.Methods： 170 cases of Senile Osteoarthritis meniscus injury from January 2018 to January 2019 in our hospital were selected as research samples.According to the clinical symptoms， sutures or resections were used for osteoarthritis surgery， and the effect of different types of injury patients after treatment was observed.Results： Arthroscopic surgery had the highest rate of excellent treatment in the treatment of meniscus longitudinal tear injury， and the lowest rate in the treatment of meniscus variant tear injury （P < 0.05）.There was no significant difference in the effect of arthroscopic surgery on other types of meniscus injury.CONCLUSION： Arthroscopic surgery has the best clinical effect on the patients with longitudinal meniscus tear injury， and the worst effect on the patients with variant meniscus tear injury.The effect of arthroscopic surgery on other types of meniscus injury is almost the same.

半月板是胫骨关节面上内、外两侧的半月形状骨，具有增加关节的稳定性以及缓冲震荡的作用，具有十分重要的保护膝关节的作用。半月板损伤可由外伤与退变引起，主要临床表现为疼痛、肿胀以及交锁现象等，给患者造成了较大的痛苦并导致患者行动不便，关节镜手术治疗是有效的治疗方式[1]。老年患者由于机体各项机能下降，半月板逐渐发生退变而更容易受到损伤，并且会对患者的老年生活质量造成不利影响，因此采取有效的方式进行治疗具有十分积极的意义。我院就关节镜手术治疗对老年性骨关节炎不同类型的半月板损伤患者的临床疗效进行了研究分析，现报告如下。
