骨科康复护理技术在髋关节转换术后的应用

【摘  要】目的：研究与分析骨科康复护理技术在髋关节置换术后的临床应用效果。方法：选取来我院骨科进行髋关节置换术治疗的100例患者，随机采取统计学科学分组法将这100例患者分为常规护理组（50例）与康复护理组（50例）。其中对常规护理组患者进行常规护理干预，而对康复护理组患者采取常规护理干预措施的基础上联合采取骨科康复护理技术进行护理干预。结果：康复护理组与常规护理组患者的术后下床时间、术后进食时间、住院时间以及Harris髋关节评分等均较好，在统计学方面具有意义（P<0.05）。结论：骨科康复护理技术在髋关节置换术后的临床应用效果显著，值得进一步推广与使用。

【Abstract】Objective：To study and analyze the clinical application of Orthopaedic rehabilitation nursing technique after hip arthroplasty.Methods： 100 cases of hip arthroplasty were selected from the orthopaedic Department of our hospital. The statistical science group method was randomly used to divide the 100 patients into regular care groups（50 cases）and rehabilitation care groups（50 cases）.Results：The patients in the rehabilitation care group and the routine care group had good postoperative time of getting out of bed， postoperative feeding time， hospitalization time， and Harris hip joint score， which was of statistical significance（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical application of Orthopaedic rehabilitation nursing technique after hip arthroplasty is remarkable and deserves further promotion and application.

随着我国人口老年化进程的不断推进，我国髋部骨折的发生率不断上升，骨折疾病的病程往往较长，且需要长期卧床，极易产生一系列的并发症[1-2]。对于骨折患者除了要进行手术治疗外，还需要进行康复护理干预。本文研究与分析骨科康复护理技术在髋关节置换术后的临床应用效果，将情况总结如下：

1 资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选取2017年6月～2019年6月来我院骨科进行髋关节置换术治疗的100例患者，采取统计学科学分组法将这100例患者分为常规护理组与康复护理组，各50例。常规护理组男30例，女20例，年龄41～72岁，平均年龄（64.79±8.58）岁，康复护理组男26例，女24例，年龄41～71岁，平均年龄（64.81±8.59）岁，康复护理组与常规护理组患者的一般资料差异不显著，具有可比性，可以作为实验研究的研究对象。

1.2方法
