标准化流程图在24小时尿标本留取中的运用

【摘  要】目的：探讨标准化流程图在24小时尿标本留取中的运用效果。方法：选取2018年8月～2018年11月我科留取24小时尿蛋白定量检测标本的患者108例，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各54例，观察组采用标准化流程图宣教。比较两组患者的宣教时间、标本留取不合格次数及标本留取咨询人次、患者对护士的满意度。结果：与对照组相比，观察组患者宣教时间缩短、标本留取不合格人次及咨询人次较少、患者对护士的满意度明显上升（P<0.05）。结论：标准化流程图在24小时尿标本留取中具有较高的使用价值，值得进一步推广。

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the effect of standardized flow chart in the retention of 24-hours urine specimens.Methods：A total of 108 patients with 24-hours urine protein quantitative test specimens were selected from August 2018 to November 2018.They were randomly divided into two groups，with 54 cases in each group.The observation group treated with standardized flow chart.The mission time，the number of errors and consultationsin specimen collection as well as the patient satisfaction with nurses were compared.Results：Compared with the control group，the mission time of the observation group was significantly less （P<0.05）andthe number of consultations and unqualified specimens was less（P<0.05）.Besides，the satisfaction of the patients increased significantly（P<0.05）.Conclusion： The standardized flow chart has high application value in 24-hours urine specimenretention，which is worthy of further promotion.

微量白蛋白尿是早期腎脏损害的标志[1]。24小时尿蛋白定量是检测尿蛋白的金标准[2]，所以正确留取24小时尿标本是保证检测结果准确可靠的第一步[3]。但在临床实践中由于患者的年龄、文化水平及理解能力存在个体差异，同时24小时尿标本留取麻烦、费时，又依赖于患者的依从性等原因[[i]]，医务人员对标本质量的把控性较低，患者易出现漏留、错留等造成标本不合格的情况。为了减少宣教所耗时间，提高宣教效率，避免患者反复咨询、提高患者满意度，我科对24小时尿标本的留取制定标准化流程图，并根据流程图改进宣教与沟通方式，现将护理体会报告如下：

1 资料和方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2018年8月～2018年12月我科需要进行24小时尿蛋白定量检测的患者108例，根据随机分组法将其分为常规口头宣教的对照组和使用流程图宣教的观察组，每组各54例。……
