麝香保心丸对慢性稳定型心绞痛病人焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响

摘要：目的：研究麝香保心丸对慢性稳定型心绞痛病人焦虑、抑郁情緒的影响。方法：选取2017年至2018年期间来我院进行治疗的慢性稳定型心绞痛病人作为研究对象，对照组患者给予慢性稳定型心绞痛常规药物治疗。研究组在对照组的基础上给予麝香保心丸。结果研究组有效率为91.43%，对照组有效率为80.0%，研究组患者有效率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。经过治疗后，两组患者的SAS及SDS评分均有所下降，但研究组患者的SAS和SDS评分明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：麝香保心丸不仅可以治疗稳定型心绞痛，而且还可以调节患者的心情，改善患者焦虑及抑郁情绪。

Effect of musk heart protecting pill on anxiety and depression in patients with chronic stable angina pectoris

[abstract] objective：to study the effect of musk baoxin pill on anxiety and depression in patients with chronic stable angina pectoris. Methods：patients with chronic stable angina pectoris who came to our hospital for treatment from 2017 to 2018 were selected as the study subjects. Patients in the control group were given conventional drug treatment for chronic stable angina pectoris. The study group was given musk heart-protecting pills on the basis of the control group. Results the effective rate of the study group was 91.43%，that of the control group was 80.0%，and that of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P<0.05）. After treatment，SAS and SDS scores in both groups decreased，but SAS and SDS scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion：musk baoxin pill can not only treat stable angina pectoris，but also regulate patients' mood and improve their anxiety and depression.

慢性稳定型心绞痛是指在冠状动脉供血不足的情况下，出现的急剧、暂时的心肌缺血缺氧的综合征。^[1]其主要表现为胸部压榨性疼痛与胸闷的感觉，舌下含服硝酸酯类药物可缓解。麝香保心丸是由麝香、牛黄、肉桂、蟾酥、苏合香、人参与冰片等药物，根据芳香温通，益气活血的原理制成，具有明显的扩张冠状动脉，缓解缺血状况，改善微循环的作用，在临床上上常用于治疗慢性稳定型心绞痛。稳定型心绞痛常反复的发作，给患者带来了较大的精神压力，据报道，大多数的稳定型心绞痛患者会产生抑郁及焦虑情绪，严重影响患者身心健康。为了研究麝香保心丸对慢性稳定型心绞痛病人焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响，本研究选取2017年至2018年期间来我院进行治疗的慢性稳定型心绞痛病人作为研究对象进行分析，现报道如下。

1资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选取2017年至2018年期间来我院进行治疗的慢性稳定型心绞痛病人作为研究对象，共70例，并按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组，对照组患者35例，研究组患者35例。……
