通用变频器在工业设备应用中的问题及对策

摘  要：变频器在工业生产中的应用十分广泛。不仅为工业生产的正常运转提供了有效保障，同时在节能方面也有很大的成效。目前我国通用变频器工业技术已经取得了很大的突破，极大地提高了工业生产自动化程度。但是，不同产业对于变频器的应用和需求也不同，引起的问题也比较突出。本文对通用变频器在工业设备应用中的问题进行分析，并提出了一些相关的解决对策。

Abstract：Frequency converter is widely used in industrial production. It not only provides an effective guarantee for the normal operation of industrial production，but also has a great effect on energy saving. At present，Chinas general frequency converter industry technology has made great breakthroughs，greatly improving the degree of industrial production automation. However，the application and demand of frequency converters in different industries are also different，and the problems caused are more prominent. This paper analyzes the problems in the application of general inverter in industrial equipment，and puts forward some relevant solutions.

0  引  言

随着计算机技术和电子技术的发展，通用变频器也得到了广泛的应用。交流电动机自问世以来，以其超强的优势，在工业和生活中很快取代了直流电动机。交流电动机的结构简单、设备坚固耐用、无需进行换向设置，可以适用于各种工作环境。所以，在工业设备中，以通用变频器为核心的调速系统也得到了广泛的应用。在以电能为驱动的工业设备中，变频调速器可以有效地提高设备运转的稳定性，使工业生产的工业流程具有更加优良的性能，而且能够在很多场合实现节能的效果。但是在通用变频器的实际应用中，对变频器的使用也会存在一定的误区。

1  通用变频器在工业设备中的应用现状

我国的现代工业生产，已经基本实现了自动化和智能化。尤其是在一些规模比较大的机械制造或者加工企业，以及一些石油化工和煤炭生产企业，大型的电气设备也十分普及。……
